Wendy’s the worst experience I have ever had or seen in my life. I went to Wendy’s. I ordered a number 10 and I told the person to replace my fries with a poutine, but then I didn’t get a poutine so I went back inside so I can get my poutine, but he was gonna charge me for to get the poutine clearly it said on the receipt that I had a poutine so then I opened my chicken wrap and I found a fly a in my chicken wrap. I ordered a number 10 a fly in my chicken wrap. I went back inside and I got my money and they try to tell me that wasn’t a fly. That was like a herb no, no no no no no no no don’t look like that. that was a fly. no no don’t you very much. This is a bad place.

they’re constantly closing earlier than the posted hours. i don’t know how many times i’ve pulled through here (just happened for the 4th time) at 9:45 (they’re open until 10) to be not answered at the speaker or just straight up told “we’re closed”. had one girl even take my order and let me wait at the window until 9:58 (i placed my order at 9:46) to have someone come open the window and tell me they were closed and couldn’t serve me my order even though they had taken my order and very obviously didn’t want to make it.

It’s a Wendy’s/ Hortons. First time here. Food was quick (mobile order pickup). The staff were okay. My biggest complaint is they didn’t really fill up my chili cheese nachos. Fries were hot though!
