We had a small issue with an employee there that was quickly resolved by upper management and the employee involved. We are so impressed with their response to the situation, you truly don’t see this type of corrective and respectful action being taken by all involved. The food was also great.

Went through the drive through and I got a Dave’s triple combo and a combo for the wife. (7pm on a Monday) The wife got a spicy chicken (guess that’s safe cause hers was ok and took a while) Well this burger was cold as ice, smelled like a university students frying pan, and the bun was soaked with cold grease. The wife took it back and got another which was just the same thing only it was warmed. (Worst Wendy’s experience ever)
Worry about your handle time after you stop giving the customers old food. They should shut this place down before someone gets really sick. I’m done, this is about as non Canadian as you can get. Fresh as last weeks garbage.

I have never seen a more disgusting bathroom in my life, employees did not pay attention to orders after clarifying them. Theres literally feces in the urinal and was there when I went back a week later. The only reason I came back is because it’s the only food joint close enough to my workplace.

By far, the best fast food... No comparison to others... Fresh and tastes REAL!
My husband and I each ordered the apple pecan salad. His was perfect. Mine had some bruised apple and slimy lettuce that I set aside in the lid to show the staff later. One told me it was the kind of lettuce, another told me that it was less than half, and the third just looked at it. I thought I should have a coupon for at least half off my next one, but they all disagreed. I'll be having a meal at another location next time.

I went to Wendy’s tonight to grab a burger. I specifically asked for NO onion because I’m allergic and the guy seemed to understand. I get my burger and get to my friends house, I take a bite of the burger and i immediately taste onion. They are VERY lucky my allergy isn’t more severe because things could’ve went a lot worse.
