Just grabbed my meal, I got a Asiago chicken sandwich…..comes with lettuce, tomato, mayo and cheese. I ate all my fries before my sandwich and was met with a plain chicken sandwich with mayo….. That’s it…. I’m not even sure they have a menu item with that

This is the first time for me at this location in a long time that the customer service was excellent and the food was ready within minutes of placing the order at the cash register. Also the tables and chairs and the floor even was clean when I got there (that is not really normal for here) and they cleaned again before I left.

Severely disappointed with the management or supervisor, whom I just dealt with at the drive-through. I went to order a medium chocolate frosty. I then went up to the window to pay and to the next window to pick up my frosty. They handed me this micro mini frosty, which I guess it’s called a junior frosty and I was taken back and I said this is what a medium looks like now and they said no, you order a junior which and I said oh there must’ve been some mistake. That’s fine. She must’ve misheard me. I’ll just take this one and go. Then the manager or supervisor pops up while I’m putting my car in gear and tells me no you absolutely did not order a medium, you ordered a junior. I know what I ordered. I didn’t even know was such thing as a junior even existed. I know what I ordered so he continued to argue with me about how I definitely ordered a junior instead of just like letting me go on my way and eat this micro mini frosty. He did not handle the situation well and it’s not a huge deal about the size of the frosty, I mean, I’ll just go by later to get a proper size it I feel like it but like to argue with a customer and insist that I’m lying at the window when I say I ordered a medium I took the junior.

This Wendy's USED to be a major hot spot that friends and I loved to go all the time. This Wendy's is no longer that. From the uncleanliness of the dining area, counters, staff AND bathrooms, to the abysmal food and service, this has become probably the worst one around. Fries are always soggy and cold, chicken feels lukewarm at best, nothing is ever fresh, it's all frozen stuff.If you get 'ranch' sauce from them, it's basically Heinz tartar sauce and they give you a single micropacket. insulting compared to.the ranch and other sauces they used to offer. Frosties are terrible. you get a soupy, thin liquid that's never cold and just falls off the spoon. This place is trash Don

It’s a perfect dine in for me. It’s my go to place for spicy chicken and chill cheese fries. The employees r so helpful and cooperative. Its clean n tidy no mess like tim hortans.

Horrible service ... look at the pictures of the burgers I received from this location. They have increased their profit margin considerably by making two patties out of one. Good thinking guys if you cut the patty thru the centre twice as many Patty's. Damn crooks. This is disgusting. I hope folks read this and share it as I feel the honest working family should be aware of your greed. It's hard enough these days to have a few extra dollars and treat your family or even just yourself for a quick meal. To spend ones hard earned money and then served this.. disgrace.
