Found a black curly hair in my burger. (It can’t be mine, I’m blonde) employees are not wearing neither a beard net or hair net. Used to be my favourite fast food place :(

This is the only wendys that makes me pay 50c for a jello shooters worth of gravy, this is the 3rd time with 3 different employees now. Other wendys I go to I do not have this issue and the portion is substantially bigger. I will be definitely not be recommending this wendys location and I will not be going back.

Order $20 worth of food, they said there machine was having trouble taking tap payments so they made me incert the card to pay. I watched the transaction complete and they told me It didn’t and asked for a second payment. I decided not to continue with the order because I seen clearly that I had paid already. I left without food and I see my credit was in fact charged. I’ve probably spent over 1k at this location as it’s close and the only fast food I eat. I will not return after this experience, lifetime value of customer expired.

Don't get me wrong, I love Wendy's, I think it is the best fast food on the market. However this location did not meet my admittedly low standards. My dear girlfriend ordered the chicken duo wraps. They were made poorly, barely held together and with quite obviously stale tortillas and below standard chicken. This is not the quality of service or food I have come to expect of this establishment. There are plenty of other locations in the Dartmouth area. Avoid this one. Bathrooms smelled like urine and blueberry muffins.

Literally 100% of the time, they get my order wrong. I don't go to Portland St. Wendy's often, but whenever I do, it's the wrong burger, has ingredients on it I asked to be removed, wrong side, wrong drink... It's always something. I have to repeat my order 2-3 times so Einstein on the speaker can understand "number 1 combo with coke, no mayo on the burger". Like no exaggeration i have to repeat myself every single time and they STILL get it wrong. It's ridiculous , I've wasted my last dollar here. For what they charge nowadays you'd think they could at least give you what you *****n paid for.

I ran to Wendy’s with my friends one day and went inside the store exhausted from running but I realized that I could just ask for a cup of water for free at the time I didn’t have any money and was extremely thirsty but when I nicely asked for a cup of water they accused me of stealing and I got kicked out of the store just Because they assumed I would steal another drink from the cup they also probably assumed this because of my race this store is garbage and racist do not go here
