To start with, the guy who served us couldn't speak english very well at all. The Burger my husband got was ok. The chicken strips that I got was cold, hard and very dry. We will not be going back.

The staff just couldn’t take the order properly. I had a free item on the app, but they said it couldn’t be used — no explanation, no effort. They didn’t even give me a tray, like they didn’t want me to eat there. No sauces were included, and when I asked for mustard — which is everywhere — they said they didn’t have it. Their attitude was rude and annoying. Never coming back.

Extremely rude Staff after letting them know they mixed up our order. We were a group of 3 and each of us ordered different combos with different sides for dine in. Their Chicken Sandwiches had no label, so we identified the trays according to the sides. My friend took a few bites from the Burger in her tray and I took one bite and I found bacon in mine. That’s when I realized They placed the wrong sandwiches in our order. I ordered the sandwich without bacon because I could not eat bacon. We went to the counter and told them they mixed up the order and the guy just replied, just exchange them even after seeing we already bit into the sandwiches. my friend asked him to remake the sandwiches and he was very rude when he handed over the remade ones. I was very nice and I didn’t want to create a fuss. He told me that we should open and check our sandwiches before we eat. How can someone open and check all the ingredients in a wrapped burger or a sandwich? He even opened the wrapper on the counter to show me the contents of the burger. Even though that was beyond rude, there were other customers, and I did not want to create a scene. But me and my friends will never go back there.

Most of their staff are Indian. After my girlfriend ate a takeout burger for lunch, she started having diarrhea and vomiting in the evening. This led to some disturbing associations in my mind.

I had gone earlier today to get a chicken burger and had asked for the honey mustard sauce in a container, I was charged 30 cents for a packet, now I wouldn't be upset with that if she had told me you'd charge me, I worked for Wendy's for 2 years and when you wanted honey mustard on your burger we just put it on like mayo or ketchup free of charge. That is a 9$ burger I'm getting why the hell am I being charged for the sauce that should be free to begin with! I only rate it 2 because the burger was good, but disappointed in the service.
