For Wendy’s. Cant rate the food. Requested a refund from Wendy’s after waiting 25 minutes with no staff acknowledging until we asked. She said itd be a minute for fries and I decided it was ebough. The two women speaking behind the young trainees back were yelling loud eniugh for customers to hear out front. The woman who issued my refund was overheard blaming the trainee, who said she wasn’t yet allowed to “drop food” yet. Meanwhile someone’s in behind with a rag cleaning up… an hour before close.

I don't do Tim's a lot.
Ordering some breakfast items was a bit challenging. The young cashier was having difficulty in understanding my request and I ended up with something that I didn't order. They missed my wife's order completely and had to wait longer while it was sorted out.
The staff seemed disorganized with some staff quite busy while others waiting for direction. The place could use some extra cleaning.

My drink looked as if they spit in it and when requested for another they brought back a foamy one from behind i didn't get my receipt and was given a take out bag instead of the dine in the one who looked to spit in my drink was a manager

A bit unclean, but I had came in at a very busy time so it is understandable. the food was great, and the man taking my order was very sweet and efficient. Highly recommend.

If Dante wrote a 10th circle of hell, it would look exactly like this place.
Step one: walk in and immediately question every life choice that led you to this dining room, now doubling as a bicycle garage because the manager decided “sure, why not?” Nothing screams fine dining like dodging BMX tires to find a seat.
Step two: approach the pop machine, a museum exhibit of what once might have been soda options. Every button is either “out of order” or a gamble. You’ll get either disappointment or flat sugar water.
Step three: survey the floor. Imagine a Jackson Pollock painting, but stickier, and you’re expected to eat on top of it. Napkin station? Oh, it’s festive—dripping with some mysterious pink goo, like a horror movie prop no one dared clean up.
Step four: the bathrooms. Actually, scratch that. For the sake of your sanity, let’s pretend they don’t exist.
The only thing this establishment is serving is a masterclass in chaos. One star but only because zero isn’t an option.

Last 2 times I came through this location a meal was forgotten I got the drink but no burger and fries almost like it was deliberately done so I came back through and said I was missing a number 1 combo Dave’s single he said oh you can drive right up I got too the window and she literally threw the burger through the window said there you go in the most ignorant way which completely made me forget about the fry’s so I drove off and opened the burger it was a Asiago chicken burger at that point I wasn’t even going back I’ve went too the Portland ST location everytime since then get some new workers at this location! When she threw the burger out the window I was gonna throw it back ! Lol
