I always love coming to this restaurant. Very cozy ambience, homey atmosphere, hospitable, polite and always smiling staff. It really feels home every time I visit this restaurant and the food experience is always delectable, delicious, fresh, healthy and yummy. Ordered Spicy Chicken Pad Thai, there was no spice. The pad Thai had no flavour and tasted very bland. Adding hot suave did nothing to improve this. I’ve had Pad Thai from other places and they blow Wok Box out of the park. This cost me 24 dollars and I’m not happy with my meal what so ever.Wok Box you guys have to sit back and try your food and change it.

I havent been in years but decided to try the other day. Food was ready really quickly and the veg was very fresh, staff were kind. Will be back again.Vegetarian options: The structure of each dish is made to order and you choose which protein to add so if you're not having meat that's not a problem.Parking: Dedicated lot right outside if the establishment.

Ordered takeout out and chicken was undercooked and was so sick.
A great place to recommend to people you hate. You know how bummed you feel when you spend a lot of money on horrible food? They cultivate that feeling here. The sauces are from a bag, the chicken is the cheapest possible meat byproducts on the market, the noodles are like sand, the atmosphere is “postmodern misery” but without any music. The food is prepared and served by staff that clearly know it’s terrible. For the love of god DON’T try this place.I just asked my dinner partner if this review was too harsh and received an emphatic NO!

We used to love eating here. We hadn’t been in a while so decided to go for lunch today. They were out of ice (???) sriracha, and the pad Thai on the menu showed soy eggs and shrimp and it came with neither, but did come with broccoli and carrots. I was told “we haven’t changed the menu picture yet” okay that’s still a really strange pad Thai. It wasn’t bad, just not what I ordered. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. The attitude from the person behind the counter was what got me. We won’t be back.

Food was terrible. Missing ingredients, very little produce and protein. Had pad Thai, no flavour, way to many noodles, and was sick all night from it. Burning sensation in stomach and nauseous. The chicken they use is the prepackaged grocery store chicken with fake grill marks on it. Tasted like rubber. Yuck. This place is terrible, definitely won’t be back. Don’t understand why there aren’t many recent reviews unless they are being deleted.
