I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this Tim Hortons because of the morning shift manager, Mitchel. My car had a flat tire and was safely sitting on a floor jack in the empty parking lot while I waited two hours for roadside assistance that never showed up. Because it was tire-season chaos, I had to take the rim myself to get a new tire installed. Got no spare tire as of hybrid systems in the trunk . Instead of checking the cameras—which would clearly show me there at 3 AM dealing with a flat tire—Mitchel assumed my car was “stolen” simply because it had three tires and decided to tow it away. I fully accept the parking ticket for being over the time limit that is 20 minutes , but the towing was completely unnecessary and heartless given the situation. Her decision turned a simple flat tire into an absolute nightmare. I spent the entire night in the rain trying to locate my car afterwards . The tow was so rough that my vehicle now has electrical failures and has been stuck in the shop since Friday, already costing me thousands of dollars. Instead of helping or even verifying the footage, she escalated my worst day with one careless phone call. I suffered from 3 AM to 11 PM because of this. And just like that, you lost a loyal customer of 7 years since Thursday.

This location was really disappointing. The restaurant was dirty and messy, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I ordered a coffee that tasted burnt, with way too much milk and hardly any ice. Overall, not a good experience—I wouldn’t return to this location.
9/29/25 - I was asked to contact their corporate customer service dept. (their comment below) - which I did. I reiterated my visit experience and what I wrote in this review. I was then told the local manager from that area would reach out to contact me. They never did.
Tim Hortons - if you are going to further inconvenience your customers by asking them to document their experience, then have them re-iterate it only to then ghost them - what's the point? I wasn't looking for a refund, I wasn't looking to escalate my experience - it was just a pretty factual review of what I encountered. By the looks of it, my experience wasn't too far off of many other folks who visited this location.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Blood on toilet, next to no lighting and just filthy. Only one stall for the ladies and one urinal in the men’s. Closed off with tape. Was highly appalled at the unsanitary conditions of this store.

Start on the positive the staff were all quite friendly both times I stopped by. But the washroom was very very disgusting. Urine and toilet paper all over the floor and toilet. The urinal was not working the toilet seat itself is peeling and very dirty. I know if I worked there I wouldn’t even want to clean it. The staff would not be paid nearly enough to be cleaning human waste off the floors and toilets.

Dirtiest bathroom I've ever seen at a Tim Hortons. Urinal completly broken, urine all over the bathroom floor. Everything was worn down, cracks in the paint. My wife said the women's bathroom had a light blown out so it was dark. Rest of the restaurant looked average. I guess that's what we get for a Tims at an industrial park lol.

Great place to eat at, very clean and organized. Very satisfied with the service and I found everyone to be very polite. No issues at all, I just as very well taken care of! Highly recommend coming to this location if you’re in the area!
9:30 am July 12, 2925…..The ladies washroom floor was disgustingly dirty. Only one stall was functioning. There was no tissue in the stall that was functioning. There was a large roll of tissue beside the sink on the wet counter that I assume was to be used as paper towel.

Food was great and service was excellent but overall location seems run down and filthy outside. The washrooms need major upgrades and repairs. Yuck! And even more disappointing that attached to building is a Tim Hortons distribution center. You would think the building would be maintained top notch.
