Ordered a Turkey bacon club at the Debert, NS location yesterday and it was so good. I ate in the car at the parking lot and really enjoyed it, along with my Iced Capp made with Choc milk which are my go to order. Love the bun and the sandwich. Little gal that served me at the drive thru was pleasant and fast. It was made, just as I had ordered with lighter mayo and no tomato. That is no always the case at other locations.
Parking: Spots are not #'ed but there was plenty there to chose from. There is a row facing the restaurant and one facing the street where you could also sit on the picnic tables. There is more parking to the side. It is a busy place, but I have never had trouble finding parking where I can enjoy my meal, catching up messages.

The washrooms were disgustingly dirty. Toilet paper rolls laying on backs of toilets, nor in dispensers. Only one cubicle in each was open. If I could rate no stars I would. Yuck!

The place is a mess. Not one clean table. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in a week. No napkins available. When i asked, instead of filling the holders up, i got handed some crumpled up napkins. All the chairs are ripped and no good to sit in. If I were the owner, I would be ashamed.

Very poor service, very rude staff, ordered hot tea instead of that gave us cold in drive thru on top of that arguing that it is cold, We were on a family trip on Edmonton and they spoiled our day as we asked to add extra sugar and they just gave pouches instead of adding, plus everything is finished and instead of suggesting just said to move fast. They are spoiling the image of Tim Hortons, change the staff.
One of the worst Tim Hortons i ever visit, staff is very bossy nature, they dont care, the person standing for food,. I ordered VEGGIE WRAP , they put chicken in it.Other foods Food quality is so so so poor, not having all the stuff ready on time ALWAYS. worst place, i would request the management please take some action on them, not only i but also i see alot of people there talking about the same.

Got food was made wrong got it replaced and the new stuff was cold had to get replaced at a different location. which was 100% better debert was so terrible was there an hour waiting then was on the highway thinking it was right and was cold so pictou road by rcmp replace with excellent food made 100% right and hot thanks to pictou road tim hortons

If not for the incredibly friendly staff, this overall would be a 1 star. They had no wedges, no rice for the loaded wrap and made the cold brews with cream instead of non-dairy beverages as requested. I also ordered 15 minutes early and asked for immediate preparation and had to wait 15 minutes after advising them of my mobile order to get most of the items. Good news again was staff was very friendly, issue was the inaccuracy and missing items. They did sub items for others to make up for it and were very nice and apologetic but definitely This location has gone downhill, short staffed with barely any inventory. Additionally, women’s washroom was disgusting with 1 stall out of order and sink out of order so had to go to men’s to wash hands. Display case also nearly empty. Corporate, fix it!
