I’ve given up on the restaurant. Seems like everytime I come here after 7:30pm there is NEVER any gravy for poutine!. Maybe they should just take it off the menu if the staff doesnt want to make any.
Despite hours opening at 07:00 employee states he can’t open restaurant until 08:00 when an additional employee arrives.

I’m a fan of A&W. I’ve been to this one occasionally for many years with no complaints. That made me hesitant to comment about my last visit, but reading the bad comments here, I can honestly identify with them. So, my wife and I had the Bacon & Egger on English Muffin, with hash browns. The hash browns were literally dripping oil, so did the english muffins, through the. wrappers and on the table while trying to eat them. Absolutely disgusting. I had no time to waste for complaining due to time constraints.The cook was handling food with bare hands, also disgusting. It seems the entire staff is different from those I was used to see. New owners? NOT going back there again, ever!!!!
