I’d rate this VERY high for atmosphere! We came in & were greeted like friends. Although closing time was close, I was going to order a sandwich and coffee to go. The staff made me feel like it was no trouble to stay and dine in. We had 2 paninis (I had Southern Comfort & Jeff had Sum’like a club) Peppermint Mocha & hot chocolate; we shared a salad WHICH SHE SPLIT FOR US 😃!!! So nice not to scoop between us at the table. We could’ve opted for 1/2 sandwich.
Salad was made with fresh greens. Sandwiches both crisp and full of flavour.
Thankyou

Great food & service, one of the best ham & cheese Omlettes I've had, and my husband had Eggs Benny with sausage. He loved it.
We love supporting local businesses, totally recommended, and you won't be disappointed.

My absolute favourite café! East Hants is so lucky to have Cup of Soul ❤️ The food is AMAZING quality and tastes homemade. If you haven’t tried their breakfast, run don’t walk. Make sure you try the potatoes and grab one of their amazing fresh baked cinnamon buns with cream cheese icing. If I’m feeling like treating myself, this is my go to spot 🤤

Extremely slow service. It took around 25 minutes to get our seafood chowder and panini with only one other person there. The sandwich was OK but the soup was flourly and very underseasoned, it had almost no flavour. Price for the sandwich was OK but again the soup was $14 for a small bowl and they charge extra for a biscuit.

Won't be coming here again unfortunately.

They have some great food. They are completely happy to make you wait 45 minutes and then leave a plate of food that is not what you ordered. Terrible service. The food they (finally) serve is inedible.

Coffee is good but a bit expensive. $6.50 for a mocha. $4 for just a cup of tea. Food is very overpriced. Got a small "bowl" of chowder that I'm pretty sure wasn't even a full 250ml (1 cup) and it was $10. Another $3 for a small plain biscuit to go with it if you want. Good place to study but I probably wont get food again. It was ok tasting but the price left a bitter aftertaste for sure.

Drive 45 minutes to get there. Flying a Palestinian flag. Kept driving. Don’t like my food mixed with politics.

Coffee was incredibly mediocre. Staff seemed completely checked out and disinterested. We were going to grab some food as well, but I'm glad we didn't from the impression we got.
