I’d rate this VERY high for atmosphere! We came in & were greeted like friends. Although closing time was close, I was going to order a sandwich and coffee to go. The staff made me feel like it was no trouble to stay and dine in. We had 2 paninis (I had Southern Comfort & Jeff had Sum’like a club) Peppermint Mocha & hot chocolate; we shared a salad WHICH SHE SPLIT FOR US 😃!!! So nice not to scoop between us at the table. We could’ve opted for 1/2 sandwich.

Great food & service, one of the best ham & cheese Omlettes I've had, and my husband had Eggs Benny with sausage. He loved it.
We love supporting local businesses, totally recommended, and you won't be disappointed.

My absolute favourite café! East Hants is so lucky to have Cup of Soul ❤️ The food is AMAZING quality and tastes homemade. If you haven’t tried their breakfast, run don’t walk. Make sure you try the potatoes and grab one of their amazing fresh baked cinnamon buns with cream cheese icing. If I’m feeling like treating myself, this is my go to spot 🤤
