No direct human interaction, but really well and thoughtfully done.
No need to go into Halifax to do this-great local business! Bottled my third batch today.The owner helped me pick out kits to match my tastes and I haven't been disappointed. Great selection of wines and bottling supplies and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff!
