Every time I go through this drive-thru they are absolutely fantastic at taking the order and extremely friendly at both windows. My order has been correct every time. EXCELLENT service!!

Had a 10pc nugget combo with Coke. The food was hot and tasty and my cashier was very shy, but nice. I think she's Scottish. I left off a star because the Coke tasted like it had a bit of Fruitopia mixed in.
I sat in the drive through as they took 4 orders before mine and once I got to the window to pay, I had to wait again as the cashier took someone elseās order! Absolutely the worst experience Iāve had at McDonalds and to top it all off my food was cold!! NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!! Unless you like to wait 10+ minutes for cold foodā¦

They wouldnt answer my questions over the phone

On Sunday, July 27th I made an online order and sent my husband to pick it up. When you make an online order, itās already taken off your card. When he got to the window, he was told that he had to pay for the order which he doesnāt know better so he did. When he got home, he had the wrong food. He had completely wrong order. I took it back immediately. where they exchanged it for my food. I was Not offered a refund for either of the food as the general manager was not around. I have been calling all week and have been told heās going to call me tomorrow, heās going to call me the next day ā¦he has yet to call me and itās been six days. I have paid for food that wasnāt mine, and returned it.
Where is the supervisor or general manager of this establishment??! this is beyond ridiculous. I have left two voicemails and I have called every day for the last five days. I want my money back!!!

Absolutely terrible service through the nighttime drive thru. Male employee named Jordan has been extremely rude every time we stroll through at night. Learn some customer service skills, itās not hard to speak decently to individuals..

Itās not often I would ever come online to get mad about customer service, especially at McDonaldās⦠But I bit my tongue long enough when it comes to this establishment thereās a few employees there who are absolutely incredible. But why is it so hard when somebody ask how youāre doing to just answer the question instead of ignoring me and then when I ask again reply with while Iām here and thatās all Iām gonna sayā¦.. Customer service has completely gone out the window and itās too early for this type of attitude coming from somebody. Iām just trying to get my coffee and breakfast from. Itās not hard to just reply and say Iām doing OK how are you instead of ignoring me the first time and then the second time saying well Iām here and thatās all Iām gonna say. Of course, when I go to ask, which employee it was, they all wanna play dumb .. Learn how to speak to people! Some of you truly should not be working in customer service. We are all entitled to our bad days, but what we shouldnāt do is bring it to work.

was in drive thu for twenty five minutes before I even got up to the first windowš¤¬. when I worked at mcdonald's, we had to have the order taken made and out the window in fifty nine seconds or lest. i guess it's changed to fifty nine minutes or lessš¤¬

Terrible first and last we ordered 2x 10 nugget meals with sweet and sour sauce we got 2x 6 with only 1 sauce
