I came here to grab some quick lunch. When arriving the guy was in the back for a good 5 mins before he bothered to come out and take my order. I gave him my order, I ordered a "Hot mess burger" and a "Hot mess poutine". Which were massively over priced.. but anyway. Mid way through making my food he leaves to the rest room and was in there for a good 5 ish mins. Flushes the toilet and immediately leaves. There was no way in hell that he washed his hands.. as the the toilet was still flushing when he opened the door and left. He then continued back to the kitchen and started touching my food WITH NO GLOVES!. Huge breach of cross contamination. I would avoid eating here at all costs. As the staff clearly have no care for hygiene. May is also add that every table in the establishment was dirty also, nothing wiped, still food residue on the tables also. HUGE let down.

Food was pretty good, my son really liked his poutine, my Philly cheesesteak was good, prices were great, milkshakes fantastic. Only 1 guy working kitchen and cash which is a bit short staffed in my opinion bathrooms were out of toilet paper to be expected when you have one guy working alone.

I love that they have vegan options and I came for that. I won’t be returning because the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. This location is not very old but everything, floor, tables and especially bathrooms were such a disgrace. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned, was afraid to touch anything and was totally put off from my food that I paid $30!!!! For. DO NOT EAT HERE. Also I tried to reach the franchise owner and there was no way to. Shame!

Worker rang other people in while making my food and didn’t change his gloves or wash his hands. food was really not good. Bacon was undercooked and rubbery in the grilled cheese. Reiterated that I didn’t want mushrooms 2 times and got on the road and started eating only to discover my sandwich was loaded with mushrooms??also the steak tasted freezer burnt.

Stopped for a late bite, around 7 on a Thursday. Got the ultimate slamwich, extremely burnt, frozen burger patties, old dirty tasting lettuce and the fries weren't cooked. Bathrooms were disgusting and service was sub par. Also got very ill that night following the meal. Will not be returning and would never recommend, waste of money for gross food.

Stood at the cash for a full five minutes before having my order taken by the only person who appeared to be working the lunch shift. Cook came out in the middle of cooking other orders to ring me up, then went back to cooking without changing gloves or washing hands. Huge red flag.
Food took long enough for me to be late coming back from my break. I ordered the Smoke Stack. Sandwich was mostly bread, and the bread was somehow the most flavourful part. One measly piece of bacon and a pathetic little half handful of overcooked beef.
Nearly 20$ after a 15% tip. No drink, fries, nothing. Just a very sad little sandwich. I don't think it even came with sauce. I know the economy is trash right now and things are expensive, but this is a next level rip off.
Poor value, poor service, poor experience. I won't be back.

Update : the customer service is actually worse then the food somehow, after they left their response I emailed them as requested and only to recieve radio silence.
Me and my sister came here for dinner and ordered the monster melt meal, coming in at over 20 dollars each I was expecting quite the meal. I was given a mediocre sandwich at most with frys and a pop. Needless to say the fries were the highlight of the meal. I ate in the car and was hungry on the drive home. My sister ate hers at home and didn't make it to the bathroom without said 20 dollar mediocre sandwich coming up and leaving her in bed for the rest of the night. Definitely a let down as it looked really good online however after this experience I would go to pita pit next door

Peanut butter milkshake tastes exactly like you're drinking a Reese peanut butter cup. Bacon avocado melt or southern fried chicken melt are top tier sandwiches with the salsa topping that's on them highly recommend with the sourdough bread.
Ate here tonight and was served grocery store bought, cheap patties on our Hamburger. Ate here 2 weeks ago, and was served hand made fresh patties on our hamburger.
