My wife and I have been eating at Pizza delight for many years probably fifteen or so we love this place , most of the time we have spaghetti and meat balls which are most delicious make it supreme. we have tried many things on the menu and found them very tasty. the staff are pleasant and always shows customers respect, I would recommend pizza Delight Enfield to anyone wanting great tasting and fast food to anyone.

The restaurant was not warm enough. Table at our 4 person booth was extremely wobbly. 2 food delivery drivers were taking up restaurant seating waiting for orders.

When I dine in - service and food is always consistent - when I order online - often there are errors in the order - based on my experience- with the amount of errors in orders and the above and beyond service this location makes to fix these errors can only imply this location is trying to work within a framework that was provided to them but is not working. - the local staff go out of theirto make any corrections - they are always apologetic and do whatever it takes to ensure the highest level of satisfaction: With the amount of errors I continue to experience I cannot imagine its employee error only - it has to be tech related - please upgrade your tech to support the people who represent pizza delight - they deserve to have the tools to support their success as they are nothing short of outstanding. Because I know/understand how most customer service platforms work - I’m only scoring this location low in order to trigger someone at corporate pizza delight to pay attention that could potentially help this location! I don’t think the problem is the location - the issue can only be something more than that because this location provides nothing but outstanding service!!!! I actually rate this location top scores on every aspect and happy to take another survey once someone takes notice that this location needs support they are clearly not getting! Crystal was the best. I ordered a pizza here got when they messed up a topping and I didn't notice till I went home. She offered us the diamond experience or even served us pizza and some chitty chat definitely come back again. She needs to raise everybody

We went to Pizza Delight yesterday and had such a great time! The place was super clean and had a really nice, cozy vibe. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time.
The food was just awesome — the pizzas were hot, cheesy, and packed with fresh toppings. The garlic breadsticks were also perfect, crispy on the outside and soft inside with that tasty drizzle on top. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.
Overall, we loved it! Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Definitely coming back soon!
