The older lady taking the orders is rude, abrupt, rushed and cute me off on the phone and in person. She is impatient with the staff she was training, cutting them off too. I pity anyone who has to work with her. I messed up my order, which I completely own. She was rude and said "that your fault but okay we'll fix it", I know I'm going to sound like a boomer but holy hell she needs an attitude adjustment.

I love their donair pizza. I visit NS once every year, and first tried when they had a limited time promotion in 2021. When I came back last year, they didn't have that flavor anymore and I was super disappointed. This year finally checked and they have it on their menu as a regular flavor!!! So happy and it tastes so good 😊

I came in Friday for a family pizza combo and upsized the pizzas and garlic fingers. So when I got back to the house there was a squished pizza sauce. 2 pizzas with next to no toppings and sauce. The crust was 3 inches from the edge before the topping started Hhaha. What a joke for $57. I have came to this location twice now and both times it was disappointing. Don't waste your money here. On a bright note the servers are great and very friendly. Even asked If I would like a glass of water while I was waiting for my order. That took 45 minutes. Won't be back.

Ordered Naanwhich with fires and asked for no cheese, can't eat it. The sandwich they brought me had cheese. The waitress took my full plate back and got me a new sandwich but when she brought back the sandwich I didn't get my fries. Disappointed.

Usually, this is our go-to place for pizza to go. Like the food and the staff are friendly. This last time, though, we got the wrong order. Didn't pay attention like I should have. I asked about it, but the waitress insisted it was correct. To be fair, she called after we got home to ask if we wanted our order remade. So I'll still be back. Even the wrong order is tasty!

We ordered two pizzas they were good. Ordered pasta salad which was well past its prime. We couldn't eat it. Also we ordered nachos with sour cream and guacamole. The nachos were ok but the guacamole was tasteless and much like baby food. Sorry but you have to do better than this . The girl at the counter was very nice by the way .

There was one poor girl running the whole floor her self on a Sunday at lunch time (Feb 18). Management should be ashamed of themselves for scheduling her by herself to run phones and floor. There wasn’t a table empty and a line of people waiting for a seat.I can’t believe how amazing her service was given the situation. She was friendly, kind but very clearly overran.Kodos to the kitchen as well my pizza was fantastic.There are more important things in life than the company making an extra dollar by short staffing their floor and overworking their staff to death. Treat your staff better.
