This place is totally awesome. The food is great, it is presented differently. The same food but it is very tasty, with a twist on added flavor. A must place to visit. It is not far from Halifax. It is located in Elmsdale. Great food, very friendly staff, nicely decorated with a train track looking out the back window.

Who knew Elmsdale had a place like this! Visited the lovely province of nova scotia a few months, and chanced upon this gem. Definitely wouldn't say this is classic Italian, but the food still did not disappoint. Fresh and tasty, not greasy to the palate, clean presentation. The lovely servers was accommodating to my non English speaking mother. Would recommend to anyone visiting or passing my Elmsdale!

East Hants is so fortunate to have such an amazing restaurant owned by a local chef, in our community. For our family, Friday pizza must come from Bitars. Service is amazing and you can tell staff is happy to work there.

Never disappoints. Vert consistent and always an amazing experience for the taste buds, service and atmosphere.
Slight confusion on getting us seated and water refil took a while but everything else was fantastic. Food was great, drinks were good and the cozy atmosphere really helped make this a place we plan on coming back to. Decent vegan selection as well.

we had the pleasure of dining here with my brother and partner to share a birthday dinner together..I personally ordered the curry coconut haddock...it was absolutely divine!!!!! I cannot say enough positive about the restaurant,the staff!! and the food....our waitress was so pleasant and patient...so friendly and so neat!...to watch how the staff interacted with each other,made me think " this how every work environment should feel"....the establishment was exceptional in cleanliness.....the food was served hot and the ingredients so flaverfull!! I rate this place a 10 out of 10!
