Who knew Elmsdale had a place like this! Visited the lovely province of nova scotia a few months, and chanced upon this gem.
Definitely wouldn't say this is classic Italian, but the food still did not disappoint. Fresh and tasty, not greasy to the palate, clean presentation. The lovely servers was accommodating to my non English speaking mother.
Would recommend to anyone visiting or passing my Elmsdale!

East Hants is so fortunate to have such an amazing restaurant owned by a local chef, in our community. For our family, Friday pizza must come from Bitars. Service is amazing and you can tell staff is happy to work there.

A must place to visit. It is not far from Halifax. It is located in Elmsdale. Great food, very friendly staff, nicely decorated with a train track looking out the back window.
