I’ve been to this place many times and they have had ZERO bread. Its an hour before they’re closed. How can a sandwich shop be open and have no bread!!!! Maybe the owner/manager needs to plan a better baking schedule so there is bread available till closing.
I've been here a total of 2 times. The first time i ordered a cold cut on Italian herb and cheese bread. Sorry we have no cold cut meats and no italian herb and cheese bread. Ok.. Strange for 6pm on a Friday... I pick from the 2 types of bread they do actually have and order something different. Whatever, life goes on.
Went back today and drove around the front of the store to get to the drivethru and noticed no customers were in the store. Great I thought, I'll be in and out of here in no time. I place my order - everything in stock! Perfect. Then proceeded to sit at the drive thru window for 16 mins and nobody even came to the window. 16 mins for a 6 inch meatball sub with 3 ingredients on it...... I just drove away. Won't be back either. Hire some better staff or do something. You're losing buisness.
Edit : Wow I really should have read the other reviews before coming here. Pathetic service and lots of reviews detailing literally theft from customers by adding tips to their order without their knowledge! That's awesome. I'll go somewhere else so I don't just get robbed of my literal time and money. Fix your store.
Very friendly workers. The place was extremely clean and the food was really good.
Attended this location on a Sunday, ordered 3 cold cuts with combo, my daughter’s sub barely had anything on it we asked for cucumbers and she got like 6 same for green peppers. I was surprised they had bread as I’ve been here before in the afternoon and they had one 6” left. The fountain pop wasn’t working and we had to take bottles which I think we were charged extra for, which I don’t believe we should have been. The total was 55.59 which doesn’t seem to add up according to the app and I didn’t take my receipt…just be careful. Always ask for your receipt.
Beware…. The employees like to tip themselves without you knowing. Please always check your receipts. It’s illegal to tip yourself without the customers acknowledgment. It happened to my friend.
I get a very plain sub with four things on it and they managed to mess that up. The drive thru is beyond SLOW. No urgency here

Not one person in the store. Two girls making orders couldn’t even acknowledge me yet laughing and talking amongst themselves.
I stood there for 10 mins no one even said hi to me. To the point I just walked out. About to spend 50$ on subway and you can’t even say hi, I’ll be right with you?

Not a single thing in our order was correct .. waited a half hour for burnt gross food. Very disappointing and won’t be returning I highly recommend pita pit as alternative for this area

My daughter and I went through the drive thru and ordered a 6 inch sub. When we got to the window I noticed I was being charged for a 12 inch sub. Mistakes happen, not a big deal. I let them know, they seemed a little miffed but charged me for what I ordered, a 6 inch turkey and I left a tip. It took 7 more minutes for some reason to get the sub 6 inch we ordered, though it would have already been made. When we drove away and my daughter bit into her sub she noticed there were all kinds of hair in her sub. Truly disgusting and I will never go back here ever again. Obviously weren’t happy they made a mistake. So very nasty
Very slow and very poor service. 15 minutes seems standard for this location to make a basic ham and cheese sandwich, most of that time being wasted after the sandwich comes out of the oven and is left getting cold while sitting on the counter. The last time I went here, the customer that lined up behind me got their sandwich jumped ahead of mine for some reason. Putting in a complaint with the staff mostly yielded excuses about new staff and online orders. Also far too expensive for what you get, but that’s a broader Subway problem rather than specific to this location.

What a frustrating experience at this location. No stars for service at all. 3 people "working" behind the counter. One only dealing with drive-thru orders, taking the order and bringing a slip to the one girl who is making the subs. The lady making the subs stops making in-store customer subs and starts on drive-thru, ignoring the growing lunchtime line up. The drive-thru lady does nothing at this point. The 3rd worker starts to help on the line and is clearly still learning and has no guidance from the others. They completely ignore my daughter and go back to make her sub while I wait to pay for my order. The drive-thru lady then grabs my bag of food and proceeds to take it to the drive-thru. All in all, this place is a disaster and needs someone who can manage all the things. These ladies clearly needed some help and guidance. Or just close your drive-thru! I ordered a Supremo sub and asked her to make it as its advertised and I got home and it was missing half the ingredients, even tho she said them out loud when I asked! Wow, just wow.

The absolute slowest service. I've ever had a six inch sub with just a couple things on it with nobody in line fifteen minutes and still waiting. Something really needs to be done about this place. I will not be coming back until I hear Better things about it. I'll go to pita pit.
