I had a works omelettes with the skillet potatoes and it was divine! Great flavours, great taste combinations. Very fresh, very exciting to eat and stimulating to the palate. Highly recommended!!

Pam makes the best cinnamon buns! Other sweet treats are yummy, too, as are the soups. I usually take things to go.

About 800 meters off the highway, this is a GREAT place to stop off and refresh yourself with coffee and delicious treats. Comfortable, clean, with a great ambience, Cup of Soul is ideal!

Came here about 30 min before closing and asked if we could still get a table, the waitress didn’t make us feel like they were closing soon and graciously sat us in a cosy corner. I had an iced maple coffee which was excellent and not too sweet, they made it perfect. I had the gf blt and my husband had the burger, which he said was one of the best ones he’s had since we moved to NS. It was a panini style and it was very tasty. The bacon is thick and delicious. We got some baked goods to go and they were all awesome. We will be back many times!

this is my second time here 1st was before covid. this a small local business. I came early on a Friday morning and they were busy at the takeout entrance, there was a sign on the door directing dine in customers to another entrance. Upon entering I was greets right away and advised on where I could sit. within a few minutes someone came by to check vaccine status and then gave me a menu. I ordered the breakfast special I saw advertised on Facebook (however I was advised of an upcharge since I ordered the Loaded breakfast sammy) it also included great coffee and the most delicious cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing. I was checked on often and as able to relax and have y coffee leisurely without feeling rushed. I will definitely be here again and it just may be a regular stop on my day off. staff are pleasant and friendly. couldn't ask for anything better.

Nice little cafe, friendly staff, great service and delicious food!! Immediately welcomed us on arrival and showed us to a nice window seat. Coffee was wonderful as were the desserts.

The panini and salad was great, also very good soup! The garlic chicken panini was especially delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Super Cute Cafe, This cafe is cute, has both indoor and out doors seating… the food is delicious everything is make from scratch on site which is definitely a bonus…. Even the ketchup ? The prices are a little expensive but the food is so good it’s worth every penny
