The lady who took our order was great. Drinks weren't made as ordered. Bagels had way more than the appropriate amount on them to the point they weren't consumed. Very disappointing in our visit today. Only part of our order that was right was the timbits and that's because the lady who took our order got them

If it was possible to give 0 stars i have no doubt that this is all they would get. Just wasted 15 bucks on drinks they don't have cause a machine is broken. Don't waste your time. Go to the airport tims seems to be the only one left who can do the job properly

Horrible service at least 6 employees in the store kept walking by and not taking our orders then when she finally came with an attitude she told us to go to the other cash. Then stood there and helped her friend so we walked out. There were elderly behind us who also walked out because nobody would serve them after we left

‘NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES’: Usually I don’t eat from the places that have non-vegetarian food as well such as Tim Hortons but today I made an exception and this incident is one of the reasons why: This is the first time I came to this place. Worst experience I ever had at any Tim Hortons today on afternoon of 2nd June. I ordered an Oreo Mocha iced Capp, potato wedges and garlic bread after asking from the two guys if it is eggless. I was told by the cashier that it’s eggless but he still asked another tall guy standing besides him and he also confirmed that yes it is, only then I placed the order. After that, I ate and checked just by chance in Tim Hortons app if it the other things are vegetarian (eggless) as well and to my surprise, it said garlic bread may contain eggs. One of the guys name was most likely Liam but not fully sure. Then after I had already eaten that, I came inside and talked to the same guys about what just happened and they were like we don’t put any eggs in it and talk guy said that I can talk with their baker and left from the county maybe to call the baker who never came out. At one point they were laughing as well not sure if the laugh was on me or something else. When that guy came back he just started taking another order without giving me any update if someone is coming to speak to me or not. I waited couple of minutes and when nobody came out I told the tall guy that I’m leaving. Then he was like ‘okay bye, have a nice one’. Means seriously, I was not treated as I was expected to be. I hope I don’t have any allergic reaction from the garlic bread. I even asked the person to change gloves while making potato wedges and I left to use the restroom. Now I wonder even if they did that or not. First and last visit to this place.

Please hire some more staff for sunday rush. We made a bad choice going to this location. First we ordered Croissant waited good 10 mins and then when asked we were told that its out now. Ordered 2 dd dr got only 1, person who took the order didnt enter 2. And ordered everything bagel toasted with herb n garlic cheese with hashbrown, i was hoping that should be fine, but same thing happened again, dont have my hashbrown in bagel( noticed when reached my place, 20 mins away). Please please please impryour service and hire more staff. Stop saving on pay, stop worrying about your profits. Give consumers what they paid for.

This morning, a cafe in Elmsdale gives coffee only for cars. Spoiled mood for the whole day. They ruined our mood. The worst cafe since this day.
