Waited just over 16 minutes for a Bacon English muffin because they ran out of eggs and Bacon and didn't bother telling any customers about it.
I was on a lunch break and had to eat my food as I walked back to work or else I wouldn't eat.

The workers are incredibly slow. There are 15 of them standing there, and they don't respond to the fact that people are standing there waiting. Two are just standing there talking, one looks at them and leaves. And the people are still standing there. What kind of service is this?

Absolutely ridiculous long wait times and awful customer service. Tim’s Hortons is supposed to be a quick stop through the drive thru to get something fast to eat and drink but every time I go to one I sit for at least 20 mins in the drive through

Drive thru is the worst 5-7 minute a car at times is pathetic either tims needs to lose the items that have too cook or they need to speed up the service it’s definitely the slowest tims I’ve ever been too

If I could give a zero I would - I was stuck in drive through for 45 minutes only for them to mess up my one large coffee with milk lol
Never seen such a slow staff - honestly embarrassing
Ordered a BACON belt with mayo in 20min drive thru. Only thing that had mayo on it was the outside of the wrapper and no cheese on it. Went back in and told them and a worker said the Mayo didn't get rung in and that they don't come with cheese, even though the picture shows cheese on it. So I had to get the manager and she agreed it was supposed to have cheese. By that time I was annoyed and just got a refund after sitting there so long and having to argue with a worker about it

I don’t even know where to begin- but this Tim Hortons as do many of them, has serious issues. First YOU should NOT be taking that many orders through a drive thru- if the staff nor facility can handle it. That’s just greed and poor service. I waited 20 minutes to get my order in. Then when I got it in, I waited another 15 or more at the window.
The entire order on the screen was correct. When I got to the window I had to wait and I heard the girl yell no more scrambled eggs. I had been waiting 15 minutes by this point. My order came to $15.09. I ordered scrambled egg maple butter wrap. And a scrambled egg bacon loaded box no chipotle. I got a loaded box with sausage. This continues to happen at Tim Hortons! They need to alter their wording and menu items because obviously staff is not familiar with the difference between sausage and bacon. Or the menu items are too similar in name. Then I received a wrap with sausage and chipotle. I told them I had asked for a wrap with maple butter bacon. By this point they’d run out of eggs. And I was getting frustrated. The only reason you are that busy is because you are taking order after order after order without fully processing an order making it and delivering it. That’s poor service!
A few people came over. I was then delivered my food no napkins. Had to ask for them. They were determined to correct their mistake and yet I’d had my car running over 45 minutes now, food was of poor quality and I just wanted to leave and get on the highway! BUT I was starving. I asked them one staff decided to substitute the scrambled eggs with whole egg. She told me breakfast finishes at 11. I told her I’d Ben there since for 40 minutes at least waiting. When I did get the muffins, extra bacon and egg- It was so gross I couldn’t eat it - as was the loaded box. They gave 3 hashbrowns, scares sausage which was supposed to be bacon, then threw two pieces of bacon on top and what the hell? and I still paid $8.99? For an English muffin and coffee? And a cookie? That meal is supposed to be cheaper but by this point I wasn’t arguing it. But I couldn’t eat the food, and I was starving! Driving my way 17 hours- the bacon was almost raw, egg was so runny and undercooked. And it was just made too quick- as if making my food fast is what is going to satisfy me. No. Food has to be made also with care. Im not ordering for the sake of ordering- I’m ordering to EAT! I’m not asking you to whip out a 40 second egg. I’m asking for food to fill my belly and for nourishment.
I was sick. The cashier took responsibility. But they kept telling me I had two wraps. I did not. I also didn’t get a refund on anything nor even a Tim Hortons card. I also got horrible last end of container - food, and how dare you take peoples hard earned money- and give them this for quality of service and food. You have to be one greedy owner to allow that many cars to line up- take their order than not know who the hell ordered what and mess the orders up. THEN run out of what people ordered while they’re waiting for their order in line!
I was sick from the food and am tempted to file a formal complaint with public health. Not hygienic at that point. Giving food out that’s barely cooked because you take too many orders. I will file a complaint with public health actually. This place Needs some quality control. Either learn to manage your quantity and quality and stop over- taking orders, or suffer the consequences of people getting sick. And perhaps being shut down for a bit. Make the choice.

Just straight up ridiculous. Tims service has gone to crap. 30 mins to take my order after being ignored by 20 employees.

We work in lantsz, and its been so long they dont even know how to take order . We have repeat for several times to let them know.
And also after that this is what we get
I usually enjoy Tim Hortons and I've never left any sort of a bad Google food review in my life, but this drive-thru visit was really disappointing.
The line was long, but when we placed our order for two Chicken Cilantro Lime Bowls and a donut, the staff member put it in as one chicken wrap instead. By the time we got to the window, we had to get it corrected—which we appreciated, but it held up the line even longer. It made a bit more sense as to why the service seemed slow.
The real issue came when we finally got our food about another 10–20 minutes later. The bowls were carelessly made, one of them barely half full, like the ingredients were just thrown in without any effort. To make matters worse, we didn’t even get napkins. We’ve ordered this exact bowl many times at other Tim Hortons locations and have never had an experience this poor before.
This location really needs to work on accuracy, consistency, and care in food preparation.

I’m not really one to leave a bad review but wow. we were 2nd in line and waited about 20 min to order 1 iced coffee. Shouldve just left it was a waste of time and the iced coffee had no ice in it and was not filled all the way!!! There was a ton of staff not doing anything and not taking orders. They didn’t care at all about customers waiting. I’ve worked at Tim’s and I understand how things are supposed to be handled/made I was completely shocked.
