Wing Fu in Elmsdale, is, in my opinion, the best Chinese food around the HRM and surrounding areas. The drive is definitely worth it. For me, the #7 combo plate has everything I want (though I do substitute the chicken fried rice for another eggroll). There is absolutely nothing about their food that I dislike.
