The employees that work at the A and W inside the airport DO NOT wear gloves. They touch their hair, faces and god know what else. I've never seen them wash their hands. On more than one occasion people have become.sick after eating there. There are so many health and hygiene violations.

the glass fell on the floor, picked it up, put it back into the tape. He wipes the surfaces with some kind of rag and with the same hands takes the French fries. The disgusting impression of dirty food

Please avoid this A&W for your health and safety. Not a single employee wears gloves, leading to cross-contamination. Employees touch their faces and hair, then touch the food. There are no hygiene practices in place. After eating here, I fell sick. You ask them to wear gloves and they'll be mad at you.

Wanted to grab a bite to eat before i flew home today and thought for a second I’ve never tried A and W might as well see what it’s like. Its a fast food restaurant so expectations are obviously lower and I’m quite ofter picking up a McDonalds or burger king on the way back from work if I’m short on time so id say i have a basic understanding of what to expect. Price point is steep but i expect to pay more for premium grass fed animals and with the costs rising everywhere it’s to be expected. But the kitchen was dirty the staff were rude no service with a smile here. For a polite hello i was met with a low grunt and the words “what do you want” followed by being ignored and having to repeat myself multiple times. Food was delivered quickly nonetheless and tasted great. The seating aria was shared among a few food chains and doesn't seam to be cleaned very quickly altho this may be monitored by the airport itself and if customers cleaned up after themselves it wouldn't be an issue. Overall its only really marked down by customer service.

I was really disappointed with the customer service at the A&W in Halifax Airport. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, barely acknowledging me at the counter. It took an unusually long time to get my order, even though the place wasn’t busy. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and not up to the usual A&W standard. For a location at an international airport, I expected much better service and efficiency. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression.

Didn’t use gloves while preparing my food and I got the stomach flu from it. Terrible quality and I’m now unable to work for a week because this sickness has taken everything out of me. Disgusting practices and they should be reprimanded and told to use gloves while preparing food. Don’t eat here if you value your health.

Night shift people here are absolutely amazing. They have so much positive energy and willing to go extra miles and give u free food too !! Just joking most misrable indians u can find all over canada 😹 but its okey i always give them super extra hard time

They charge a different price than what they display. Instead of creating the bill for the buddy burger double they charge for Buddy burger with cheese and charge 4 99 . And never given the bill to anyone. Throw the bill to the garbage. The guy at the counter with the turbine (in the picture)doing this.

My favourite breakfast sandwich, hands down. But why no green tea?!? Other stores offer green tea - why not the airport? So I opted not to have the combo = your loss.
