Didn’t use gloves while preparing my food and I got the stomach flu from it. Terrible quality and I’m now unable to work for a week because this sickness has taken everything out of me. Disgusting practices and they should be reprimanded and told to use gloves while preparing food. Don’t eat here if you value your health.

Night shift people here are absolutely amazing. They have so much positive energy and willing to go extra miles and give u free food too !! Just joking most misrable indians u can find all over canada 😹 but its okey i always give them super extra hard time

They charge a different price than what they display. Instead of creating the bill for the buddy burger double they charge for Buddy burger with cheese and charge 4 99 . And never given the bill to anyone. Throw the bill to the garbage. The guy at the counter with the turbine (in the picture)doing this.

My favourite breakfast sandwich, hands down. But why no green tea?!? Other stores offer green tea - why not the airport? So I opted not to have the combo = your loss.

Worst service ever. There was one burger in the order, which had to wait 10 minutes. They seem to have never heard of gloves, everything is done with bare hands ?

This location is disgusting. None of the employees wear gloves, I watched the man assembling out burgers touch his face before touching all of our food. I spent $40 on two meals and I left them on the counter after what I saw and my boyfriend and I ended up at the subway right next to it. We were so disturbed. Not to mention all the employees are extremely rude.

Miserable lady, with glasses. Indian, working this specific day. I believe her name is Daman. Doesn’t wear gloves. Touched frozen food & then cooked food, it was disgusting. A lot of Cross Contamination going on. Be careful buying food there. Might get you sick.

The staff member that served us was so miserable and obviously not happy in her job. Greeted with the word yes. No sign of a smile the whole time. Drinks placed on the counter and no indication as to who they are for with 5 people waiting in two groups.
The food was cold and my toast was burnt on one side and to toasted on the other.

Your tummy is being prepared for international experience thru their food handling. I mean, i know its their culture to handle food using bare hands, but as a health care professional, i would prefer someone who uses gloves while preparing my food. Don't get me wrong, service is superb and consistent. It's just the "no gloves" while assembling my burger is a big no for me. I can literally see how onions and lettuce being assembled using her bare hands. I dont know, it adds taste? Lol.

I got chubby chiken from here the 10 and they gave me raw chiken i didn't say anything bc i was tired, the next day i hqd to fly again so i ordered the same thing and i mentioned about yesterday and the guy tild me that he will make sure it is not raw this time and then was the same thing and when u told him it is same as yesterday he start arguing and saying it is not raw and it can't be raw

Pretty good place at the airport with vegetarian options and used Air Canada cancellation vouchers there.
