The day we went, we were on our way back from visiting my mom in halifax Hospital after she underwent big surgery from having cancer, so all and all we were tired out and only had 10 bucks left to our names and there were 2 of us eating so we tried ordering a couple things and it always went over our budget so the lady who was working that day made it work for us and it came to 10 something and she said it was OK there were a few at the window that day which was kind of embarrassing but the staff there were very understanding and willing to help us out which was nice there are not alot of kind ppl in the world like that anymore so that made us smile 😊 ty to whoever was working that day as it was nice to get a little break after such a long couple days of stress ..I would highly recommend this place very friendly very clean location

Thought this place was open 24 hours that's definitely not true I just waited 5 minutes by the drive thru speaker and no one was there so why have your open sign on at 12am if your actually closed then tell someone to unplug the open sign if your closed late at night because after me I saw 2 other cars pull up getting no service either something there needs to be fixed if not gonna serve hungry people late at night

Today, I visited this location and had a troubling experience with the way the manager treated the employees. There was an Indian girl, whom I believe is named Pallvi, who seemed distressed about having to fill the ice in the pop machine, which was positioned too high for her to reach. Despite her difficulties, the manager insisted she complete the task. Fortunately, a customer stepped in to assist her. I was very upset by the manager's (benj) behavior and would recommend that Pallvi consider filing a complaint about this treatment.Even if don’t want to give any star for this behaviour but there is no option
Have used the drive thru a few times in the last few months. Food is always accurate and hot. There is one lady that is super friendly over the drive thru speaker, she is lovely.

I really didn't think it was possible to ruin a whopper but last night, it happened. I came in after work, just starving, so anything should have tasted good.... Nope! The double whopper was soo hot I couldn't pick it up to eat it. So I had to let it sit and when a whopper is overheated and left to cool, it turns the meat hard and the toppings/bun to mush. It was disgusting. The 8 pc nuggets I got were rock hard. This meal cost me $17 to just hate every bite. There was no point asking for it to be replaced because the staff trash talk every customer while not understanding them... Please train your staff better....hold times exist on your holding units and a whopper shouldn't be zapped so hot it's steaming....this is basic stuff as Im sure there is a setting for warming whoppers. But, I guess if you leave them sitting in the holding unit for hours then overheating suggests they're "hot" & fresh, except all flavor is gone by then and the meat turns weird.

Dude with glasses taking orders here is extremely retarded and WILL screw up your order regardless. Just to be safe, order the opposite of what you want and they might get it right. Cold fries and have the nerve to trash talk the customer when they think you can’t hear.

I had the worst experience at this Burger King location. It deserves zero stars. I ordered a specific burger and they got it wrong—not once, but three times. Each time, I had to go back and ask them to correct it. To make matters worse, I was made to wait for an incredibly long time during each correction. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer service. Avoid this place if you want your order done right and in a timely manner.
