Customer service was great. I wish their menu was written larger and put somewhere where you can see it without having to be next in line. The food was just ok, same with the drinks. If you're not in the mood for coffee or cookies (which Tim Horton's elsewhere in the airport can satisfy), they have muffins and kombucha, so there's that at least. It's ok, but not great. Good for if you want something different.

I reluctantly buy coffee here when picking someone up at the airport. You think I’d have learned by now.
Bad coffee, cream is a roll of the dice to curdle, overpriced ( well, airport priced).
Now i now why! Connections Coffee is owned by Sysco, the mark of mediocrity in the food service supply sector. ( hospitals, old folks homes, acute care facilities etc. Yum!)
So-so muffin this time; last time it was moldy.

Delicious panini with a side of very friendly service. Airport prices (to be expected) but portion sizing justifies it better than other places, 8$ for one of the biggest take away yoghurt parfaits I’ve seen, had half of both panini and parfait saving rest for a good snack later.

I had an amazing experience at Connected Coffee in the Halifax airport. Maddie was amazing! The coffee was delicious and she was super nice to chat with, especially after I missed my flight. There was another woman that worked there that was also very helpful when I first flew into Halifax that I didn’t get the name of. She was also very nice and they both made my experience even better! Those girls deserve a raise for their consumer service and intra-personal skills! ?

This place is awesome all around. The guy at the cash was so pleasant and kind to every customer. It was like a week oiled machine even though they were swamped. Food was delicious and well priced. I'll definitely be back!
