EXACTLY the “hole in a wall” kind of place you need in your life! Friendly service, so accommodating to my dietary restrictions at no sacrifice at all to flavour and quality! Some of the freshest, most affordable sushi I’ve tried since moving to Halifax two years ago ?? Would recommend this spot in a heartbeat.

East Hants asked repeatedly for sushi, and when it finally came, Soaring Crane DELIVERED. I love their take on basic rolls, as well as their own unique creations (try the Pickled Pink roll!). Can't wait until they have their sit down restaurant set up for a whole new experience.

I had the when pigs fry and the feeling shellfish. The when pigs fry was good but the feeling shellfish was excellent. Unfortunately we could only eat here once as there was so much more I wanted to try.
