I just grabbed lunch from here and it was the best subway I've ever had. The service was a little slow but my order was complicated so no biggie.

I got a 6 inch Cuban, and that thing slaps. Subways new menu from around the world is giving me hope for this restaurant, whoever made that choice needs to be making more choices.

According to Subway's standard, the BMT sub should contain 6 slices each of pepperoni, salami, and ham. However, the staff member preparing my sub only put 4-5 slices of each meat. This significantly affected the quality and value of the sandwich. When I shared with turban man ,he is working on pos but he did not take any action on it I done my billing process !
I would appreciate it if you could address this issue with the staff

Poor customer service, i dont know if the staff is in depression or what i never seen them smiling and greeting their customers , which is really bad , if they are really fed up of doing work in food court , they should leave this job and work at white collar sector . Please hire friendly and cooperative staff!

my friend and I joined the line, which had two customers ahead of us. The atmosphere seemed usual until we approached the counter. The staff member who was serving, a Punjabi gentleman, started making unpleasant facial expressions and appeared to be showing attitude.

This behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of any circumstances. Unfortunately, this was the case during this visit.

Very rude employees, unpleasant approach, by employee on duty, he said he the assistant manager, his colleague went back to work after I saw her on break eating, without washing hands, just put a gloves on and started working, gets worse when they spoke in their mother tongue language, while i am speaking to them.It is indeed an unfortunate these kind of rude, unhappy, untrained employees keep working in such a busy airport store, hope someone would pay attention to this, I don’t see why this should be tolerated.

I work here and the last few times I’ve ordered I’ve asked for my sandwich toasted but it’s completely cold. I asked the employee working and she insisted she did when again there is no heat to the touch. They don’t change gloves between orders and don’t clean the knives when they close your sandwich only wipe them with paper towel. The person serving me was fine but the actions were not.

Disrespectful staff just going on and on in a foreign language, they were so uninterested in taking my order I had to repeat myself to both employees multiple times. At one point I had to ask them to remove items from my meal and eventually I threw it out after a few bites. Sloppy, poor quality and a general lack of actual service means I will be avoiding going there if I see the two employees who were working Saturday April 6 at noon.Should not have to repeat myself if I am speaking clearly, they would ask "what cheese?" And then immediately start talking in another language to the other employee without listening, ask again and then still ignore me.Also, I overheard the comment they made about getting no tip, here's a tip, you work in the service industry, you want extra money earn it.

Hello I want thank you for the excellent service I received today at your restaurant in 747 bell rd Halifax airport there was a accident on the highway this morning at about 930 am after waiting 1130 we found your subway we walked in and there was about 20 people waiting for lunch we waited properly 1/2 hr for our sub and pops the lady behind the counter worked very fast and efficiently very pleasant kept on saying she was sorry I actually went up and told it was not her fault Everybody waited no issues at all than another worker showed and helped to clean the back log up thanks again I will tell everyone about this day Rick

I was at this Subway on Friday 29th Sept @ 15:00. The member of staff who served me was so lovely. I didn’t catch her name but she asked all about my travels whilst making my sub and was really kind and friendly. My actual sandwich was delicious and full of toppings. Thank you!

AVOID THIS LOCATION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE PLS. Very rude manager and for some reason they let people skip the line and serve them before the person who has been waiting there to place the order, and then they are rude about it and refuse to serve you. When clearly they are in the wrong. My friend was placing an order and someone came from the back asking for a refund and all of a sudden they put my friend on the sideline without saying anything. When my friend tried asking why did he get skipped, the manager said we are giving the employee a hard time ? ,, and he got vocal about it and refused to serve. And when the situation calmed down the server used the hand to wipe her nose and continue to serve with the same hands, 0 hygiene control. Pls avoid this location if you can.
