Grab my donut with dirty gloves THAT she was sweeping floor with and then grabbed my donut without any tissue TOSSED in bag I said “please refund my money she said I have a glove on and I said yeah after you touched everything in the store and then put your hand all over my food” so gross and the Attitude she gave was horrible and then got out to my car and the other staff is sitting in his car, elbows deep up his nose without a tissue EWWWWWW GROSS PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR STAFF

Terrible service at this location. I ordered a medium fudge brownie iced latte but was given an iced capp. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff argued with me and treated me and my wife disrespectfully. Despite my efforts to correct the order, I ended up with a hot drink instead of the iced one I requested. The staff's behavior was shockingly unprofessional. I hope management reviews the security footage and takes appropriate action to prevent this from happening to others."

They don't have the food I ordered on App. And won't give me the same vaule food. So bad. What happened with Tim's. Used to be my favorite.
This is by far the dirtiest Tim’s I’ve ever been in. Behind the counter there were spills and food everywhere. We didn’t want to sit inside at all. So dirty. The service was also super slow. A line of us formed and the girl working the counter didn’t even acknowledge anyone and appeared to hate her life. No smile, no greeeting. Just a sad dirty place

I could not get a breakfast sandwich with warm egg in it, even after I complained and they replaced it. Cheese unmelted and cold in the center. I don’t know how these places think that they can get away with that!

We were asked to hand the girl behind the counter to hand her a tray that was on the steel rack beside pick up. They were all used and dirty. They didn’t care just slapped our food right on it no napkin under it nothing gross and disgusting tables in eating area all filthy needs food safety inspection big time
