Recently stopped here for food and coffee. Greeted by friendly staff member. Food was fresh and tasted great. Service was also very quick. Sat down for lunch at one of their dirty tables, in fact, ALL tables were dirty and there was only 2 occupied tables.
Other than the restaurant being very dirty, it was worth it.

I have often had negative experiences with the night staff. Many of them lack proper customer service skills and do not communicate respectfully. For example, tonight I went through the drive-thru to order a tea. The staff member told me they didn’t have any, even though the car in front of me had just ordered three teas. This has happened before—at night, if I ask for certain food items, I am told they are unavailable, even when they clearly have them, simply because the staff don’t want to do the extra work. Overall, I have consistently experienced poor service from the night staff compared to daytime service.

Stopped in to use the washroom before a late arrival pick-up. Unfortunately, the doors were locked. I understand the dining area being closed but to not even be able to access the washrooms. Multiple folks, and I mean multiple, were of the same mind. Very unfortunate.
