Multiple customers in line to order. The young lady looked at us numerous times and didn't acknowledge any of us. We figured we needed to order at the kiosk. So we moved to the kiosk and another customer asked her who was taking orders and she came right over to now start taking orders. It turns out the kiosk was not working properly so back in line we had to go. Just horrible customer service. Our food was ok but not warmed consistently through. Don't go here if you are in a hurry that's for sure!

Morning staff is extremely unprofessional with zero communication skills. They were unable to understand a simple order, which made the whole experience frustrating. This was the worst experience I’ve had, and I would strongly advise everyone not to visit.

They did not have exactly what we wanted however the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our order! Sanpreet, Isabell and another staff were very friendly and welcoming! Definitely brought the maritime spirits as our first stop here on our trip.

The last 3 weeks EVERY pick up order has been screwed up. We are unable to leave our check point so a driver has to pick things up. Today i ordered a large 1 cream, I get a medium marked 2 cream plus they.also put sugar in it. Another time a large tea with 2 cream became a large coffee with 2 cream. We order, or ordered because I am not wasting my time on that store, 2 to 3 times a week. EVERY order the last 3 weeks has been messed up in some way.
A coworker stopped on her way home and ordered a tea with 2 cream. She git a coffee and the guy tried arguing with her that it was tea. Finally he got her what she ordered and paid for.
HORRIBLE service. I would not recommend this Tim Horton's. If you can't get it in the airport go to Enfield. You can't trust the people at this one to get anything right.
