First time at Tim Hortons, got a Caramilk Ice Cap, cookie, sandwich, and an “everything bacon” flatbread. The Caramilk ice cap was delicious! It was basically a caramel frappuccino with small pieces of milk chocolate in it (I thought they were toffee). It was really tasty! The cookie and sandwich were just ok. The “everything bacon” flatbread had a soft thin crust topped with herb and garlic cream cheese, double-smoked bacon, a blend of mozzarella and Monterey jack cheeses, and everything seasoning. The bacon was perfectly cooked and very delicious. I really liked the seasoning and cheese mix too. This, was great, except for how slow it was to order and get your items.

Visited downstairs tim for my drink they accidentally made the hot one but replaced with my original ordered drink so politely must say the new staff is really nice, specially khushboo always smiling and positive. The new staff has such a great customer service.

I went there 4 minutes before the store closes today at 7:56 pm on August 6, 2024. The worker was lazy enough couldn’t make just a coffee in 2 minutes. Told me that we are about to close and couldn’t take the order.

I’ve never had any problems with the food or service at this location or any Tim Hortons for that matter. The issue with this location is that the laser scanning devices are positioned at eye level and in multiple directions. As someone who flies multiple times a month I have to admit I absolutely dread having to go here. This issue has been present for years so the purpose of this review is to bring it to the owners attention. A different mounting platform tilted down at an angle (like every other one you see) would probably be ideal.
