This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in existence. There were only four people ahead of me in line, yet it still took 30 minutes to reach the counter. To make matters worse, all four orders before mine were prepared incorrectly, while the staff were loudly chatting and giggling in their regional language. There was no accuracy, effort, or efficiency at all.

Stopped in to grab a bagel for my plane ride. The staff seemed like we were bothering them when trying to order. I took the bagel on the plane without opening and when I did I was sadly disappointed. Barely any cream cheese on the bagel and so dry it was barely edible.
Update:Tim Hortons if you actually care why should I have to reach out to you. The address you provided makes me do another survey and essentially the same thing I did on google. If you do indeed care let me know and we can work this out. I will wait to hear what you have to say but I don’t anticipate much.
