Visited downstairs tim for my drink they accidentally made the hot one but replaced with my original ordered drink so politely must say the new staff is really nice, specially khushboo always smiling and positive. The new staff has such a great customer service.
Working at the airport myself, going in this location on regularly bases , there is this lady working Palak , I think she is the supervisor , the effort she puts in is condemnable, and her customer service is above and beyond , today while sitting in the food court saw her cleaning after closing , they way she was cleaning touched my heart, what a dedicated girl never seen anyone working that hard I think think you are lucky to have her.?

Cons: sloooow service, cookies are bland
First time at Tim Hortons, got a Caramilk Ice Cap, cookie, sandwich, and an “everything bacon” flatbread. The Caramilk ice cap was delicious! It was basically a caramel frappuccino with small pieces of milk chocolate in it (I thought they were toffee). It was really tasty! The cookie and sandwich were just ok.
