On a trip to Halifax I stopped there twice, on the way there and back. The staff were friendly, however the first day my drink order was wrong and the food I ordered was cold (omelette bites). On the way home I stopped again and my drink order was off again. Disappointing.

Not impressed with this Tim Hortons, I had a little bigger order then I guess they are used to and the old lady by the window makes a point of it that next time I order 5 wedges I need to call ahead to make sure they have enough, and then when they forgot to put one item in I walked in to get that and she calls out "hey George your missing one item on that big order". Order #9089 was placed

Embarrassing how pathetic this store is. I frequent this location often and every time the wait is 15mins +. Coffee has 50% chance of being right. Staff is friendly enough to keep coming back. Every tim hortons is bad as of late, but this was the boiling point.

Slowest Tim's I've ever been to. If there's even 2 people ahead of you, you will wait 20 minutes or more to finally get coffee. They also seem to tend to the drive thru first. There's always a ton of little black flies on the walls leading up to and doors of the bathroom which is just a few steps away from where they make the doughnuts. They open up at 5am. In between 5 and 8 in the morning is apparently when they always decide to close the women's washroom for cleaning. I guess they don't clean it before closing? Most of the time one of the 2 stalls will not have toilet paper as well and they have a big dirty open vent above the stalls and the bathroom is not thoroughly cleaned..... Half of the time when you get a breakfast bagel you do not get the lettuce or tomato that's suppose to be on it.... there's also always big raunchy spiders above the entrance doors that never get knocked down....I could go on for a hot minute. In short, drive the extra 10 or so minutes and go to a different one. So disappointed in this Tim's.

This Tims can get pretty hectic and busy at times (its next to a Big Stop) but its always well stocked and clean & the staff there are friendly.
The atmosphere here is great. It can get busy being next door to a truck stop and right off the highway. The first time here, my order was totally messed up, and the girl working the front counter, although she was pleasant you could tell she didn't care about the mess up. Second time here I stood in line at the counter for over 4 minutes, I was the only customer in the store at the time and there was no drive thru vehicles and I had to speak up to get served. They saw me standing there. I know because I connected eyes with a couple of them. So while the atmosphere was great and when the order was corrected, the items were good. The service was horrible , people were cheery, just customer service skills stunk!
Parking: The lot is huge! No worries about finding parking here.

Came here 2 weeks ago ordered a bagel barley and cream cheese on it and there was a huge hair in between the bagel. Disgusting and a waste of my money. Came here today ordered a breakfast sandwich English muffin wasnt toasted and falling apart and to my surprise another hair inside the cheese. Nasty af get ur workers to wear hairnets
