Terrible Service! Staff rude andbdo not care. I had a A&W Coupone and they refused to take it every other A&W resturants takes them. Never go to this location. Others will. The owner of this location needs better staff or train customer service. The only word they know is NO

I used the drive-through window paid for my food and I watched the lady make my food with her bare hands right after she took my money I asked to speak to the manager and the manager on duty said this is a good time to talk to the employees about food handling That should’ve been the first thing they talked about when they hired

Whoever was working the drive thru today (Sept 12) was fantastic, and the food was relatively quick for once. Typically the kids working the drive thru seem confused, or the don’t communicate well. Today was a great experience.

Burgers and chicken are decent. It’s wild seeing the brand revived compared to the fade from the US over the decades. When we fly into YHZ (Halifax) this seems to be the only place open south of the airport.

Absolutely loved my experience at A\&W Fall River!
I ordered the *Piri-Piri Buddy Burger Combo* and the *Masala Veggie Burger* — both were outstanding!
The **Piri-Piri Buddy Burger** had the perfect spicy kick, juicy patty, and great flavor. The combo with crispy fries and cold root beer was super satisfying.
The **Masala Veggie Burger** was a standout! Packed with Indian spices, it was flavorful, well-seasoned, and a great vegetarian option that didn’t feel like an afterthought.
Service was quick, staff were friendly, and everything was fresh and delicious. Definitely coming back for more!
