The employees were disrespectful and overall mean. The floors were sticky. The tables haven't been wiped down. It smelled weird as soon as I walked in and they made me wait 13 minutes for a simple blizzard. The person who handed it to me was constantly sneezing in the kitchen, and didn't even say anything to me when I got my blizzard.

my friends blizzard tasted off the last time we were there, almost like the peanut butter was expired in the royal blizzard. we just got a meal for the both of us and her meal was $15+ dollars for 4 small chicken strips and a handful of fries (which were cold), overall disappointed.

Good food for fast, piping hot and fresh, and the service was on point. It was a pleasure to visit an establishment in canada and feel like we are still in canada. THANKS for taking the time to make my 8mo old grandson and us feel special. It wasn't busy, and the staff took time to adore our grandson and make the visit feel like more than a patron.

A 2 hour wait for a simple two combo order. This is ridiculous. Don’t come here unless you enjoy getting your time wasted. Staff is slow and dull, moving like snails and would rather socialize among themselves than actually work.
I stopped by the Dairy Queen in Fall River and ordered a classic chocolate-dipped cone—and it did not disappoint! The vanilla soft-serve was smooth, creamy, and perfectly chilled, just the way it should be. The chocolate coating had a nice snap and that rich, nostalgic flavor DQ fans love.
The service was quick and friendly, and my order was ready in no time. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the dip started cracking a bit too quickly, making it a little messy to eat. But that’s part of the charm, I guess!
Definitely a great treat on a warm day, and I’d happily go back for another.

No complaints about the food. DQ always hits the spot. However today I went with my 3 year old daughter who had been excited all day about getting a “pink ice cream cone”.. got this when I lived in Sackville no problem. Just looking for some pink drizzle that’s used to write on cakes. Told they couldn’t do that…. Literally anything can be done in life with the right amount of time and money… Asked about the strawberry drizzle on a sundae. Told I’d have to get a sundae. lol. So then we dealt with a crying 3 year old girl. It was a real great time

I'll give it another shot, but that was a rough $12 spent.

Ran in a short while ago for a blizzard, however watched an employee by the name of Abby treat another worker horribly while waiting in line. Blizzard was great, just kind of lost my appetite after watching this girl verbally bully another employee trying to do their job. Was really hard to watch, no professionalism at all.

4 stars because I don't think I've had anything off the grill at this location. HOWEVER. Ice cream as always, is a treat, it is without fail tasty, refreshing and always cold. I leave fufilled and satisfied.
I'm glad to see they're nearly always busy, I'm glad to see almost exclusively young, local people behind the counter. Service is fanstatic, zero reasons to avoid.
The place is very clean, well lit and hvac works well. The bathrooms are clean and well kept.
