This location is usually really good but they got our order wrong we ordered a double quarter pounder with no onions and extra pickles and they put a ton of onions and when we went back to through the drive all of the workers were just standing there and talking and then they took the burger back which is just disgusting

I have lived in the area for more than 21 years, that have always had their food with in a couple of minutes of ordering. They don’t have the amount of staff a larger McDonald’s does but do they make it work great.

I’ve been living in fall river for years and have never seen the lack of customer service and food quality and this fall river location. Food sat in an open bag for nearly 5 min before an attendant ( new Canadian) finally looked into the bag and seen that it was full and then handed it to me. I told him it was unacceptable for food to just be sitting and no given to me, and then when opening the bag to check the contents, there was no napkins, not a condiment, the fries were room temp, and lastly the nuggets were hot and fresh. After complaining about napkins with an elevated voice, the attendant tells me to relax cause the food is still hot and if I raise my voice again then I wouldn’t be getting any napkins. At this point the manager came and only said that she would talk to her employee. There was no apologies or any real care for the lack of responsibility a restaurant should have.

every time i’m here they take so long to get my food and half the time they forget about it and i have to to remind them

Worse meal I have received from a McDonald's, fries were kind of warm but I am not sure how long burgers have to sit to have no heat left in the meat at all, but these were at least that old. If they have a warming tray they need to turn it on.
