I ordered delivery and somehow at $25 order and a bottle. Of pop turned to a $55 order.They didn't bring the right kind of pop. They didn't bring when I told them. What type of bill? I would be paying less over the phone. And then instructed that I would have to be home later for them to come back out to receive their payment Not very good Customer service Am I opinion because I called to Express my concerns and the woman on the phone didn't really seem to care I am new to the area and will 100% not order from their again or recommend to any of my friends or family

Ordered pizza drove in to pick it up an found out they got slamed with orders no issue waited 26 extra min. Got the pizza went home and it was wrong. Called they said 30 min to come back. So i did waited an additional 20 min so like 1 hour and time plus 2 trips. As i waited i listen to the curse and make very rude comments from behind the counter. I am happy Fall River is growing and we have other options.

Well on the busiest Friday ever, my Pizzadelic came through for us! We didn’t order pizza, we had chicken fingers and fries, poutine, hot chicken sandwich and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, all were amazing! Thank you to the wonderful friendly staff!❤️

Incredibly frustrating experiencing trying to order food on this company's website. Says it's open until 1am. Booking site submits the order and the company calls me. I don't get to the phone in time so they reject the order. I try to submit it a second time and it's rejected immediately. I put a note in there saying they can call me back as I have the phone now and they call me a second time... to tell me they're closing in 15 minutes instead. This company is just too hard to give your money to. Go somewhere else.
Second time ordering from this location. Second time being told that they have no drivers until 4pm. I've ordered from here before on a Sunday and had food delivered. If you know you're not going to be able to fulfill an order until a certain time, maybe put that on your website. Guy on the phone was also quite rude when he called to tell me they wouldn't be delivering my order.

Unfortunately a very terrible experience. Was given a delivery time of 60 minutes, pizza did not arrive until 2 hours lately. The order was also delivered missing items. Very sad experience.
