Second time in a row that I’ve received service above and beyond from Julie (sp?) in the produce section. An AAA employee and a lovely person. Kudos Julie! Hope I got the spelling right 😊
Never bakers bread out every time I go in on the week end or many times . 8am on a Saturday No check outs open . Area resident for 50 + years and not happy with the direction of no cashiers 👎It’s 8am an hour after opening and one person monitoring self serve that I refuse to go too . I’m done with the BS should be at least one cash open !!!!!!!! Nov 16 nothings changed . Two people chatting at self checkouts and still no cashiers open !!! Done coming here at least the Sackville Town center one is set up similar and is better stocked and many check outs open every time I go in .

Something new to report Rhonda isnt very professional in her job she shouldnt be taking her actions out on others when someone complains about her actions making other uncomfortable. This person should be reprimended by the main office for doing so . If it wasn't for the kindness of the gentleman that collects the shopping carts I wouldn't even shop at this store. He is very polite helpful and takes the time to be friendly in everyway. I have heard that this women by the name Rhonda is very rude and disrespectful towards him and others of similar standings. I don't know the hrs he gets but maybe ask him if he would like 8 shifts rather than just being a fill in whenever the store staff think it s best to suit there agenda. Anyway thanks

I like Sobeys but I do think they are more expensive than SuperStore and it takes a long time to get to 1000 points and redeem $10.

I had a fantastic experience at Sobeys Fall River recently! The staff went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and eager to help. They not only assisted me with finding specific items, but they also provided helpful suggestions on products I hadn’t thought of. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere and will definitely be returning for both the great service and the wonderful shopping experience!
