**edit to update 11/11/04: I contacted customer service same date as initial review, and was offered 400 points and told the restaurant would contact me for further discussion. I don't collect points, but it equates to a tea or coffee. Other than the canned response below from the 'owner', nothing from the restaurant itself.

Original review:
Repeated incorrect orders and very slow drive thru, which can back up into the adjacent parking lot and intersection.

Two occasions after waiting, I was told they're not serving food? No notice posted to tell those waiting in the long line.

I'm not sure what is happening at this location, but management needs to sort their operation out.

I don’t know what’s been causing all the problems to this tims. Have been coming here for years now everything was fine but now every time either they r out of iced coffee or baked stuff. Yesterday they weren’t serving food bcz of short staff. What ? i don’t know there is something wrong for sure.

You will never get fresh tea or coffee at this location and if you ask for fresh one, you will be answered by rude employees saying " It is always fresh". They never ever will service you fresh tea and coffee, no matter how many times you ask for.

I’m honestly so disappointed in how far Tim Hortons has slid as a brand since I was a child. Tim Hortons was always a special part of my youth. My teenage years and my early adult life. You wouldn’t catch me without a French vanilla and an apple fritter. But now not so much. It’s hit or miss if you go through the drive thru if you’re even gonna get what you ordered. Or do they even have any donuts available. Or my French vanilla is like dump water. I don’t need 9500 menu options. It was way better before when you focused on coffee and donuts. Now it’s all just mediocre. If it wasn’t for the support that the Tim Hortons foundation does for disadvantaged youth I wouldn’t frequent it anymore. Do better , I miss the old Tim Hortons.

Disgusting. I honestly don't think I've seen a dirtier location. The bathroom was gross.

The food was very inconsistent it's either really bad or really good there doesn't seem to be an in-between, however somewhat recently the food has been more bad than good. Early in the morning the eggs look like they have been sitting out all night only being cooked in a microwave for a minute, I usually take them out myself to avoid food poisoning which already happened once with the crispy chicken.

I don't know what happened but it never used to be this bad here, I hope it's just a phase and it will go back to normal soon but I doubt it.

One time watched a lady take my wrong donut back and put it on the shelf with her bare hands and get me a new one with her bare hands. Very weird especially since she just touched money. I also heard the owner under pays its employees…
