As someone who’s been a regular Tim’s customer and used to work at this very location, really sad to see how down hill things have gone. Sure it has some fancy new upgrades to the building, but all the staff were extremely rude and disinterested when I was trying to make an order. Won’t be returning to this location again.

I can’t believe I’m writing this review but here it goes: I went here one time and ordered a “garlic and herb pastry” very specifically. The lady in the drive through speaker very rudely and sarcastically said “YOU MEAN A ‘HERB AND GARLIC’ PASTRY?” And I said “yeah, isn’t that the same thing?” I kind of shrugged it off. Then today I came back to order a “coffee mocha”, exactly as it appears on screen. I’m not sure if I got the same lady or a different rude lady but she very rudely and abruptly says “IT’S CALLED A MOCHA. *NOT* A COFFEE MOCHA.” She sounded so angry at me and I didn’t even order it wrong this time. Both times whoever it was didn’t say any other words than “hi” and what I quoted them saying. I also asked for 3 milk in my coffee mocha and there was no milk in it as an added bonus. Will I go back? Probably. Do I think they need customer service skills training at this location? Definitely.

The coffee was fine, getting it wasn’t. The drive thru line up entirely blocks the parking lot, so if you want to go in you can’t actually park at the restaurant.
Get inside and there are a lot of people behind the counter, but despite my standing there for a while, no one came to take my order. I guess to force the use of the order screens. I just wanted a coffee and it turned into a really frustrating experience that should have been much easier than it was.
Bottom line, I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Drive thru line was very long, decided to go inside (mistake..)! Waiting over 25 minutes for 2 coffees and 10 timbits is unacceptable. Clearly understaffed and training. The employee running the front started jumping around orders and was not filling them in sequence - I was fine waiting until this happened. Orders are time stamped for a reason. I wish I could say this was the first time this location has been this slow but it’s not. Disappointed.

This is the only Tim’s I know of where you have to go in the morning if you want a good selection. By afternoon onward there is rarely a decent selection. I was told the owner instructed staff not to bake many of each donut/Timbits so there is no waste. You can’t sell it if you don’t make it. I thought with the renovations you might change this poor policy. I guess I have to continue going to Cobequid if I want a donut or choice of Timbits. I am very disappointed!

Very poor communication and performance and customer service as the manager with glasses was very argumentative as my partner went to get me a caramel ice cap and it was so dark and gross and the wipe cream roping was a little blob and it was very frozen all I wanted was a new one I live just behide the pizza place and took it back right away as they are 8 dollars each and they wouldn’t give me money back because she just got in and they said they would remake it, but didn’t have no whip topping, but wouldn’t give me back my money so I could go to another Tim’s because I didn’t want one without whip topping so she made me take it and that’s all I could get when they messed up on my ice cap I don’t think that’s very fair as I only like them with whip cream topping very unprofessional service I paid for this so is it somthing that is very wrong and not what I ordered I should be able to at least get my money back:/ it is all un frozen when I got the picture
Just wanted to leave a review as I felt that was very unfair There’s no need to make a person day bad because they just got to work having a bad day themself just getting in to work I do understand but no need to take it out on the customers when when I never done anything wrong to anyone I just wanted to change something that wasn’t made right, please everyone make sure eveyrthing is right and your not missing anything from your order they are very argumentative thanks everyone

Absolute worst Tim Hortons in Canada. Slowest service, employees young, cursing and not professional! No one seems to take pride in their job or want to even be there. The AC is also not working which is great for hot days! Do not recommend AT ALL!

Edward

Why isn't the AC working? Its 30 degree out and feel even hotter inside. This is unacceptable.
