Been using this place for years, it is under new ownership, those owners apparently dont care about employees accountability. I order and pizza and garlic fingers, after the employee failed to take down my name, if it was delivery or address, after I mentioned all 3.
I waited an hour for something that takes 30-45 minutes usually, and called them, to get ask what I ordered after I told her, and get tokd she didnt take down the address trying to be nice I apologized. She told me the drive waa a little bit away and told be there soon.
30 minutes later, he shows up. Cold food, warm pop. I gave a tip because its xmas and it wasnt his fault.
The new ownership needs to seriously look into their customer service, thats awful and not even so much as a sorty I. All of this. Hopefully they figure it out brxauae a 30 year customer is done.

The pizza was absolutely delicious....best on Cape Breton Island....
It has been a few years since we last had a pizza from Munchees, but we ordered one last night & were very impressed by it. We had a large pepperoni, with extra pep. $32, well priced. Delicious from crust to toppings. Definitely recommend trying. Nothing close to this where we currently live in Hlfx.
Parking: Gravel parking lot, but lots of room.on weird corner, but not a lot of traffic in area so east to get in/out.
