Just got ourselves the habanero and cilantro lime crispy chicken wrap. The chicken was so tough that you could hardly chew it. It takes way too long for in-store service compared to the drive-through. That means there’s no care for the customer.

Unimpressed to say the least. Drive through back out to the road so I decided to go in. One person on cash and making drinks and serving food. Where's your manager? Where's the owner? Why wasn't hiring done in July when we all know students go back to school? Your staff are miserable (no kidding) I can never get an order right ( no kidding) I go out of my way to another Tim Hortons now. Sincerely Former Tim Hortons manager

The nutella ice cap i asked for was the only part of the order they got right at the drive through. I'm not sure if it was poor quality communication equipment, language barrier or the combination of the 2. Staff were pleasant, just incorrect.

Slow service. Food was all wrong. Coffee not fresh at all. Washroom was very “sticky”. Get off your phones and grab a mop guys. Sad.
