This tim hortons location is the worst out of the 3 local to the area.
Wait times are sometimes exceptionally long , 5-15 mins, drive thru can take up to 20 minutes at times. Another large issue is staff in this location do not get along and/or do not enjoy working here as you can regularly hear arguments and attitude behind the counter amongst workers, within earshot of customers. Usually every 1 in 5 orders placed here will be correct.

The only reason the food got alone star i ordered a bagel belt and I had to wait a little bit extra time which is understandable. In the morning, but the sandwich was all over the place. In the bay, the tomato was to the right. The sausage was to the left the beanies was saturated, but overall it's a great location

Was at Tim's today and the service was incredibly slow with the line all the way to the door. Didnt even get to order because I was next in line and the line behind me still very long and waited nearly 10 minutes and no one was on counter to serve anyone even when I yelled out if anyone can come to the counter to take my order even overheard that they were trying to decide who to put on counter I'm normally very patient because I work in the service industry but this is beyond ridiculous no one should have to wait more than 5 minutes to be served literally walked out of there disgusted....I understand it can be busy but there should be someone on counter at all times theres no need and also there should be more than 1 person taking orders you have 2 registers for god sakes

I’ve gone through the drive-thru at this tim horton’s multiple times, but dining-in today was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at any tim horton’s. we arrived around 9:45, and we expected it to be busy as it was breakfast time, which usually isn’t a problem, but the service was exceptionally slow. took us at least 10 to 15 minutes to even put our orders in, and when we walked up to the counter, the cashier didn’t even greet us with a “hello” or even a smile, he just stared at us like he expected us to start talking. the only thing he said to us during the entire interaction was our total. while i was waiting for my food, one of the staff members asked if scrambled eggs were being cooked, to which an older lady sarcastically replied “well that’s my job” in an irritated, annoyed tone clearly loud enough for all the customers to hear. another, or the same lady (i couldn’t tell) then proceeded to get visibly annoyed at two more staff members that the bread was only being warmed and not toasted properly, causing another scene behind the counter in ear-shot of customers. i understand that problems can happen in the workplace, but it is extremely unprofessional to have this kind of attitude in a customer-oriented environment, especially when establishments such as fast food want to create a welcoming environment. i then got my food after a 5-10 minute wait, and when i went to find a seat, every available table was dirty and covered in crumbs or napkins. i then at my sandwich, donut, and drank half my ice capp before my mom even got the one sandwich she ordered. she requested extra bacon upon ordering her sandwich, and when she opened it, there was 2 sad little slices on it. i took the bottom slice of the bagel with the bacon on it back up to the counter, and instead of the worker taking it from me and fixing it at the work station, she walked over to me with a handful of bacon and plopped it on the bagel while it was still in my hand. from the time we walked in, it took my mom nearly 40 minute to order and get her food. as i stated earlier, i understand tim horton’s will be busy at breakfast time, but these wait times were unnecessary and the staff did absolutely nothing to show positive or welcoming interactions with their customers.
