I heard the managers are breaking labor laws, taking tips from the cooking staff and not paying workers for 2 weeks of training. Laying their hands on employees + spitting on an employee. The food has went down hill since new owners took over.

The owners are horrible people. They go through a lot of staff. Don't leave a tip because the owners keep it and don't give it to the staff. Food has gone downhill the last 2 years since they took ownership. I'll never eat there again.

I drove over to Jay's from lingan..ordered 2 snacks and chicken Caesar salad. While waiting, they came out to say they had no cheese for it..then came out had no croutons...I drove home opened dish to discover no chicken with the Caesar salad. I called..clerk apologized ..said they would send my order over right away. 5 minutes later clerk called said her supervisor won't let her send my order over because cost is 25 dollars, but would put order on file there for me for future. I explained not my fault, I paid for my meal and would like it for my supper tonight. Told her this is not how you treat customers and how to do business. Very disappointing and I refused the order!

It’s an amazing place to visit with great staffs, I bought a box of fried chicken for my family, we all loved the fact that it was hot and well seasoned? and we went back for more???
Parking: It’s spacious and It also has a drive through parking lot.

What generous people to give away free food for hours and hours while people were in need after hurricane Fiona left many without food. These people are what Canada is about, loving your neighbour. Thank you Leo, Carole, Rebecca and Katie for your work, cost, enery, time and hearts. What a blessing you are to Glace Bay and Canada. ❤️
