First Visit: Amazing. Second Visit: Disappointed. The first time I ordered pizza from here, it was fantastic — the flavor, presentation, generous amount of cheese, and perfectly balanced crust all stood out. Everything felt thoughtfully made and delicious.
Unfortunately, this time was a completely different experience. The crust was about 3.5 inches thick with barely any sauce or cheese. It felt rushed and careless, like whoever prepared and cooked it wasn’t paying attention to quality.

my first time trying their food. the wings and onion rings were over cooked but still delicious. the hot Hamburger and potatoes carrots and Turnip and gravy was amazing. Will definitely be back to try more.

I had ordered a Large half combo half pepperoni and cheese with a small garlic fingers and a 2L of Pepsi
The garlic fingers were almost burnt and mostly crust
The pizza had barely any toppings on it we requested extra cheese and it wasn’t added
On top of this I was over charged $2.00 first time coming back to this place after a while hoping it got better but it seems to be just as bad I live out of town so it’s not worth going back to exchange not returning 👎

Got two mozza sticks, many dill deep fried pickles. Forgot our small cheese pizza, said they would get back to us on it. We had to re-order and pay for the cheese pizza we already payed for, and the pizza we did get was not the best around. The onion rings, were good.

Service has really gone down hill in the past years. Food is Sub Par at best now a days. Use to be an Ideal Location and Kitchen. Just not the same anymore.

Ordered pizza asked for sauces they forget about the sauces call them back said they’re Otw to give them to me and then waited over 30 mins to get it, waited and never got it called them back to see what’s going on for them to hang up on me will be the last time I order from here horrible customer service

Had take out this evening. We don’t eat out often but have to say this was amazing!! We have had Kayla’s before and absolutely loved it but this was out of the box! Great job guys!
Terrible food, horrible service!!!!!!Not only got bland, burnt steak, but they didn't even deliver the whole order. A week and half later, they still refuse to isdue a refund. I keep calling to speak to Janey the manager, but they either keep saying they're not there, or say yes it's Janey speaking, but once I bring up the issue, change that answer to no, not in.

ordered a WELL DONE THIN CRUST and received the rarest, floury thick af crust pizza I've ever seen. The flour was literally still chunks on it and 4 inch thick crust..completely the opposite of what i ordered. We also got the garlic fingers, same thing I've NEVER seen garlic fingers with that much crust and NEXT TO NO CHEESE!!!!!! we haven't eaten here in 2 years and now I know why..Last time. Don't bother complaining you'll get nowhere.
