Extremely Poor customer service and management. Ordered just 1 large pizza 1.5 hour ago and still waiting. I can understand it’s busy but they should let customer know at the time of order that it’s gonna take longer than usual times. Please respect customers time. And when asked how long it’s gonna take they still have no answer. Very frustrated. I live in new Waterford. Till the time I will reach home, that will be time to sleep. Please look into it. Again Very poor management specially on weekend.
Girl didn’t even said sorry or anything or even a word to apologise. You seriously need to look into it. Disgusting.

This is what I received for $26 . Taxes and delivery included. If the fries had have been home cut and not frozen i may have given one more star. $26??? The pieces of chicken are sub standard at best. What is going on with this company? Am I paying for the containers?? I have my own. Thanks.

I love it!!! Kenny's Pizza is fantastic for vegetarians! The veggie pizza is delicious, with fresh ingredients, deliciously cheesyyy!!! and a perfectly baked crust. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere make it a great spot for a casual meal. Highly recommended!

Just tried to place an order now (June 18 2024).I called the store and asked for delivery.Some lady took the call and was having angry issues on phone,when I asked what kind of chicken pizzas they got,she was not even ready to say what they got and she also added she doesn’t know when they can deliver the order because it is too busy.She was literally angry at us .But still I placed the order and after a while I called and cancelled the order because I was scared to eat the food made by a person who got these kind of anger issues.Never ever I will recommend this place to anybody.

Long time, classic local pizza shop. Great food and always nice atmosphere.
I gave 3 stars for service because they have two staff doing about 30 jobs each.....please hire a couple more to help them out.

We did not realize you closed at 9.30 our pizza being one of the last made the sauce was no where nere the usual amount the dough was far far from done .we have ordered from you before This time ?????¿??

Have had good pizza from here in the past, tonight's was complete garbage. $6 more than anywhere else for an XL combo for less pizza and poor quality, plus no pop. Never again.

Sadly the pizza and sub quality of this place went downhill :( there's always too much cheese and the meat is never cooked enough because of the thickness of the cheese... when I ask for extra meat, it's like they add extra everything else to balance out and it doesn't... service is great and the atmosphere is awesome too but the quality of food has just declined :(

Small portions of pepperoni compared to ANY place in CB. Bad prices as well...actual LOCAL pizza is wayyy better, otherwise buy frozen pizza
