I was getting a drink at mcdonalds in glace bay reserve street. The employee I believe his name was Dodi, was extremely rude and asking unnecessary questions just because i ordered a drink and wanted an add on. He also was very rude and wanted to know why im ordering the specific drink and if i work at mcdonalds. Very rude and very unwelcoming behavior. Not expecting such a behaviour when im just trying to get a coffee. And when i requested the drink he kept asking for other employees name who have given me the drink at other stores and other follow up questions. I was just there to get a drink, i felt very unwelcome like i was being interrogated for a crime of some sort. Very unpleasant experience.

The Employee named Dodie, an older looking man was very argumentative and rude when I asked for an addition to an ice coffee.
He even asked for the names of other McDonald's employees and which store I've bought it from. It felt like an interrogation.
I have been to this location before and every other employee has been pleasant. This man has completely ruined the place for me personally.

I am a sophomore (10th grader) at the local high school. The restaurant atmosphere is lovely and the food is sometimes good. The thing is they tend to mess up on orders every now and again but they are usually small things and are pretty rare. The service isn't the greatest though as the manager is a little rude. I would advise not dining in during 12pm on Monday through Friday as it gets pretty cramped and even hot in there.
