Please do make sure to ask for a spoon if you are ordering any wraps because the way they make it, its impossible to eat without it and some of them do have serious hearing issues, i dont know why they dont make the thing thats ordered

I recently visited here and placed an order for a pizza. Upon arriving, I had to wait a long time before anyone even acknowledged me, despite being the only customer in the shop at the time. After finally placing my order, I ended up waiting even longer, and when I asked about my pizza, I was told it had already been ready and set aside. I wasn’t informed that it was ready, which led to unnecessary waiting. I was disappointed with both the lack of initial attention and the communication around my order. I believe that better service and clearer communication would greatly improve the experience for your customers.

Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and got home only to find a bacon sandwich. Very disappointed.
Ordered on the app, ordered a black coffee and black ice coffee. Coffee was fine but they added sugar to ice coffee even though black. I can't eat sugar, so had to through it out.
