Unfortunately, the cooked lobster tails I got were very chewy and were not as fresh as usual.. I did buy in the past and the lobsters were good. Not this time.

Such a unique sight to see live lobsters being sold at the airport! I picked up a few to bring home for my family, and the experience was great. The staff were friendly and helped me select the lobsters, which were well packaged for travel. This turned out to be a great souvenir — my family really enjoyed it.
At the time of purchase, the price was $15.99/lb. I bought 5 lobsters, and the total came to $160 including the packaging fee.

5 star experience. Yes, you can CHECK a box of seafood with dry ice as part of your baggage with American Airlines. Yes, it's convenient and reasonably priced for the miracle of bringing a live seafood dinner home to the States. Packing supports a 24 hours travel experience. My box was out of refrigeration for about 14 hrs because of a flight delay. Once placed in the refrigerator, all lobsters were alive and well for preparation 20 hours after initial purchase. Thank you Clearwater! Friendly helpful staff!

I am fuming with rage, especially towards this establishment. I arrived at the airport early on XMAS EVE, spoke with the female attendant around 1:30 PM, and politely inquired about their closing time. I came here early to pick up a Christmas dinner feast for myself, my best friend, and her son who’s part of the Make-A-Wish foundation. His Christmas wish was to enjoy some Atlantic crab, and I made sure to arrive early to get it. My flight isn't until 6 PM.
The attendant assured me they closed at 4 PM, which was perfect since I had four suitcases to drop off with WestJet. After patiently waiting and dropping off my luggage, I returned a few minutes after 3 PM, only to discover that they were closing early. Why would you lead me to believe your closing time was FOUR PM and then close early?
When I asked if she could assist one more customer, she rudely declined, citing that it was Christmas
Thank you for completely ruining my Christmas. I have shared this dreadful experience all over my social media and with my influencer friends. I will never support this establishment again. Thank you for ruining not only my Christmas but also my best friend's son's last Christmas.
To the deceitful attendant who lied about the closing hours, I hope karma catches up to you in 2025, hopefully you’ll slip on a sheet of ice with your hands in your pockets …

A honest and reliable store, highly recommended! I travelled to Halifax from Toronto and wanted to purchase a product from this store on my way flying back home. Unfortunately something went wrong and I can’t get what I wanted (NOT Clearwater fault). I contacted their customer service and shared my experience, and they provided a perfect solution (much better than I expected) to fix my problem! I really appreciate their effort and I will be their loyal customer from now on!!

Very disappointed and feeling a bit deceived after realizing that the shrimp I purchased from their frozen section is not from Nova Scotia but from Vietnam. Just beware that not all their products are local.

I did not realize I can grab lobsters at the airport and take it with me as a carry on, packed with frozen peas (as you can't bring liquid, albeit ice, through the security). Price seems tiny bit higher than their main store but avoids lobsters sitting in the hot car for hours. You pay something like $10 including frozen peas and you are on your way with delicious souvenirs. Very convenient. Great idea!!

Great place couldn't believe the prices..I was going to dump my clothes as I only had a carry on bag and just fill it with lobsters..I didn't realize I could have more than one carry on. I missed out but for sure not next time
