I had a bit of time before my flight and decided to stop by this restaurant since it looked lovely and inviting. I went with a Halifax classic, the lobster roll with a side of kettle chips, one of my favourites. The presentation was nice, but I found the lobster roll a little bland for my taste. I am incredibly happy to be writing this review, as I will definitely remember this restaurant the next time I have a connecting flight to Halifax. We were seated quickly, and the menu prices were about standard for an airport restaurant. I recently found myself with an unexpected two-hour flight delay at Halifax Stanfield International Airport, and I'm so glad I chose to spend that time at Firkin & Flyer.
