I have been blown away by the customer service here. The lovely lady who made my sandwich was friendly, asked how I was doing and if I was headed to the airport ( I was picking up a friend ) She made my sandwiches quickly and then gave me coupons to use instantly which saved me over $10. She had served about 4 people before me, was working all by herself and still had a great attitude. Amazing!

Food was as expected however the guy working yesterday evening was clearly not a fan of his job. He wasnt directly rude but was noticibly irratated and walked away while i was paying on debit , went outback and didnt come back or say thanks or anything. Regardless food was same as usual.

Great food at this location. Food was fresh and tasted great. Location however was ver dirty. All tables looked like it hadnt been clean and wiped all day, which is very gross!

The worst Subway on the planet for sure! The place is always disheveled.

Will try to rip you off on checkout by ringing in more expensive options/items than you’ve asked for or been given. Then when you ask for a receipt it won’t be provided unless you stand your ground. When asked about the incorrect bill you’ll get a shrug and nothing.

Somehow they are also frequently out of all bread except white bread, cookies, or anything else that you might want from the menu that isn’t a sub. All of their toasters were broken, saying they could only sell cold meat subs and only on white bread.

The franchise and franchisee should be ashamed at the state of this place.

Disgusting. Next to no clean tables, floor dirty, no toilet paper in the washroom. Watched the guy come out from behind the counter, thinking he might actually clean the tables not sure what he did, but he did not clean any tables went behind the counter. It’s not like It was busy in there. We were the only people in there one other couple walked in just when we were about to leave. Not impressed with the atmosphere.

If you’re flying in or out of Halifax and looking for a quick bite near the airport, this Subway location is a solid stop — especially if you’ve been running on empty like I was. It’s just a 2-minute drive from the Park ’n Fly lot where I left my car, which made it super convenient to swing by before hitting the road.

After not eating for nearly 8 hours, the BLT I ordered tasted like the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Fresh, exactly how I asked for it, and hit the spot perfectly.

The man working behind the counter was direct and efficient — not overly chatty, but focused on getting the order right and getting me fed fast. Honestly, after a long day of travel, I appreciated that kind of service.

If you’re in the area and need something quick, close, and reliable, this Subway does the job well.

Went in with a coupon to get a free cookie with my order, it’s right on my application, but he says I have to do the whole order online after he built my sandwich and was ready to charge me. Employee seemed as if he wanted to end his own life while working not sure why he felt the need to be so rude to the customers. At least the sandwich tasted good.

The manager Jamie needs to learn some basic manners. He is a very rude and will threaten to not serve you, if you ask him anything. He is frustrated for no reason, spoiled our vacation mood with kids.

Friday 28 March I went to pick up my friend from the airport and there was one one person working, it got busy with drive-thru orders and a line up. She did very well and kept a great attitude under the stress. Give her a raise!
