I want to give this store 0 rating unfortunately there’s no option that’s why giving 1. On Dec 23, 2024 at 7.55 come to this location. Very disappointed with the service employee behaviour. His name was gurjot was wearing black turban. I asked for 6inch sub he was making it so badly at last at asked him to grill it thn he started aggressively pushing all stuff which made my sub breaking apart. Then i said i am going to eat it. Then without any saying he went back. After 3 4mins comes back started making new without saying sorry or any communication. This is unacceptable behaviour. I do work in fast food i know how to treat a customer. I would really request to manger do check your camera and see how your employee are treating your customer.

dont even bother, manager has one person serving the entire store during lunch. Worst subway ever, veggies look like trash, probably get sick here. TRASH AVOID. Manager/owner needs to put their work boots on and do something, shame on you

Doesn’t know any subway who put so little amount of onion plus the afternoon guy who was working today was so rude. No customer service at all from that guy. I’ve visited previously as well the customer service is bad except the asian guys.

Guy behind the counter was more interested in laying claim to the 'damaged cookies' than serving customers. The fridge was low on drinks and the sub I ordered was poorly assembled, ripped in half, not cut and I was asked what my order was twice...by the same guy...two different times.

Good climate control, fairly clean dining room and clean bathrooms which are all nice. But dude, if I were none the wiser, dare I assume you were on drugs. Because you certainly weren't *present*.

No pictures of the food, I wouldn't dare inflict that pain on anyone. I've been here before and service has been way better.

Oh, so yesterday at lunchtime, I was extremely starving from my 8 hour midnyt shift and thought a steak n bacon Sub would be great to compensate my day. Stopped by at this store, my 2nd time here tho, and I was surprised coz a lot have changed since the last time I visited the store a couple months ago. The food seems more freshly made, the service was accurate, fast, and beyond extraordinary! Special mention to Michael (not sure if i remember right lol), who was so positive, accommodating, and conversational! The atmosphere of the store improved a lot for real! Looks cleaner and much welcoming now. I’ll be coming back here more often moving forward for sure!!

I am very disappointed in the service from this branch. Waited 15 minutes to get this tiny (jerk spiced chicken without RICE) wrap for which I paid almost $ 12 and he made this with tiny amount of veggies. Sorry to say if you are charging this much money for the wrap, try to put the veggies worth of it.
This is totally ripping off people.

Typically place an order at 10AM for lunch at 12PM to allow the staff to be able to prepare it before the lunchtime rush. Recently, it takes until 1220-1225pm to prepare an order they received 2.5hrs prior. Good luck if you’re just trying to get a sub on your lunch break

Hello I want thank you for the excellent service I received today at your restaurant in 747 bell rd Halifax airport there was a accident on the highway this morning at about 930 am after waiting 1130 we found your subway we walked in and there was about 20 people waiting for lunch we waited properly 1/2 hr for our sub and pops the lady behind the counter worked very fast and efficiently very pleasant kept on saying she was sorry I actually went up and told it was not her fault Everybody waited no issues at all than another worker showed and helped to clean the back log up thanks again I will tell everyone about this day Rick
