A&W is always consistent...though the prices are higher than those of other fast food places. But...they do have the best onion rings!
The food is fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and bright. The washrooms are well-maintained.

If I could give a negative rating this would be it.
I ordered the chicken BLT cruncher, and my boyfriend ordered a Mozza burger, well for about $25.00 for just two burgers I was very disappointed.
The girl who took our order was missing half her fake nails, and didn't seem to know the menu herself when I was asking questions about their food.
I got a normal chicken BLT, and the chicken was not crunchy, it was soggy and tasted fishy, it had one piece of bacon ripped into little bits, like 5lbs of sauce and three little pieces of lettuce.
My boyfriend's Mozza burger was wrong as well. They gave him the mushroom Mozza burger and it was disgusting. The mushrooms were wet and soggy, he got one random onion which I don't believe comes on a Mozza burger, his cheese wasn't even melted, and it was some gross spicy sauce.
We both left with maybe 2 bites taken out of our food.
Disgusted and disappointed.
If you want to charge $10+ for a single burger maybe they should have staff who actually care about their job and the food they serve.
Went there few days back The nashville was absolutely the best and the staffs were really friendly specially SAM she was very welcoming and smiling. Overall good food. recommendations: Poutine, Chicken Cruncher.

Today i went there and i was a bit late and it was near their closing timing and the lasy at the counter was like we did a mistake when we arrive and was very rude . I order the peri peri buger and she was in so hurry she clicked the pay button on her side and when i ask to add drinks it was like i ask something which i should not have and she hit the payment machine showing her anger and made my visit such a horrible experience. Their are other ways she could have let us know of we were not suppose to come to this A&W franchise. But she opt to be angry and rude.
