I ordered from Jessy’s twice. First time was delivery - I don’t live far and it took them two hours to get to me. They did give me an extra pizza to make up for it, but it wasn’t really a good pizza :( I got a message apologizing for the poor service and a discount… wanted to give them another chance, so I ordered again and went in this time. I ordered two garlic dips. They told me I only paid for one (after looking at my receipt I saw that was not accurate) so paid for another one (so, paid for 3 in total) and only ended up getting ONE 😅. I messaged the manager to let her know and she never got back to me. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Initially, my first experience was unpleasant. I don't make a habit of complaining I usually just avoid. However, jessys reached out to me with an advertisement via text. So, I took the moment to explain my first experience. They took me very seriously and made an offer to make it up to me. So, I took it. I was extremely happy with the second experience. The food was great and the service was prompt. If you've had a negative experience I recommend reaching out. They are very understanding and reasonable. Overall I'm satisfied and will order again. I walked in with my son. The woman was extremely polite and immediately gave attention to my son. She gave him a water and was incredibly sweet.Donair was great. Asked for no tomatoes and they gave them on the side. Great service.I'll be back.Thanks Jessy's !
