Why is it when you order double hamburgers, you can only get one patty on it. This has happened to me at least 5 times in the past. Please teach your employees how to count.

We got curbside pick-up late in the day. The food was fresh and tasty. Brought to our car and delivered with a smile. Sometimes this location will have missing food items in your bag but they get it rectified quickly.

Stood around for about 15 mins at the cash register to make an order , after Me and a few people stood there I had to ask hey can I make an order ..... nope to busy and they have orders 😂 so we all left , never seen a McDonald's so short staff that they don t have someone for the front , looks like kfc from now on .

I am very disappointed with your coffee. When summer started the coffee was delicious but in the last month or so I cannot get a good coffee at this location anymore. I’ve been to coldbrook and new Minas and the coffee is like greenwoods used to be. I don’t know what’s going on. Did you change your coffee or something? If so please go back to what the other locations have and what you used to have. I have tried more cream and sugar and I still cannot drink it. Please fix this!

This establishment does not respect the customers who dine in. I have waited until I had a substantial amount of incidences to which I had to write a review. Every time I have went in to order has been over a 10 min wait. I wish I was exaggerating. I have had 5 10+ min waits and 2 20+ min waits with today being the final straw at 25 mins. *Do not go inside to order*, unless you're anticipating the wait. They run the drive-thru well, make no mistake (it was up to 5* turnover vs the inside patrons), but their promptness towards customers that dine inside the store is egregious. The manager seems to be a hardworking individual, however they're either understaffed, or the managerial staff doesn't hire enough staff to man the counter. Drive-thru is the only option if you want service in a respectable timeframe.
If you order late at night, like after a shift at work for example, be prepared to not have items on your order and also orders not completed properly; this has become common place to me and I always thoroughly check my order despite the employees uncomfortability.
Despite looking up to date, this establishment is within the bottom 15% of MacDonald's I've visited.

Coke was flat and with no ice. I brought it back and asked for a new one and they gave me a flat coke with ice. I'm not sure what's wrong with the drink machine at this location but their fountain drinks have been bad for months. Also 3 people on the fries station and the fries werent fully cooked.
