Unfortunately this place has gotten worse over the past few months. A lot of the time workers are not marking what drinks are, or straight up getting them wrong (wether that be them handing you a completely different drink or giving you your drink made incorrectly)

Countless times I order steeped tea with milk and instead I’ll get a tea with cream that doesn’t taste good or even remotely the same. The farmers & breakfast wraps are hit or miss, sometimes they don’t have any sauce at all or you eat a rubbery egg. I’ve pulled a long hair out of a turkey sandwich as well.

If you let the staff know they messed up your order they look at you like you’re crazy, as if it is your fault. Even If they get you a replacement it’s 50/50 whether it will actually be what you asked for or another item made wrong.

Shouldn’t new staff should be brought in when the current ones are not doing well at their jobs? If there was another option, I’m sure people would take their business elsewhere.

The staff at this Tim Hortons seem to say an item is discontinued for some reason but when you show them in the food display they look lost. Who knew candy cane flavor anything would be discontinued before Christmas.
This happened several times and good luck if you get what you order.

I waiting 10 minutes to order. I was standing at the counter the whole time. I left without ordering.
The service at this location has severely declined. It's only the coffee addiction of the customers that keeps this place open, not the service.

Order incorrect again. The constant language barrier and incompetence is the main reason I no longer frequent Tim hortons as I have in the past. Parking lot was also very icy.

I went to Tim Hortons on my birthday to claim my birthday breakfast. I got there around 2:55 PM and stood in line. By the time it was my turn to order, it was 2:59 PM—still before the 3 PM breakfast cutoff. However, the manager refused to serve me, saying they wouldn’t be able to prepare or serve it before 3 PM.

I understand that policies are in place, but the way the situation was handled was really disappointing. The manager was rude and dismissive, and there was no apology or effort to make the experience better. On top of that, it was my birthday! A little kindness or understanding would’ve gone a long way, but instead, the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile.

I’ve always thought of Tim Hortons as a welcoming place, but this experience was far from that. I hope they work on their customer service because this really left a bad impression, especially on a day that was supposed to feel special.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times now and since the new owners came, this has been one of the best place for my morning coffee. It is clean and cutomer service is remarkable.

Parking: They have at least 10 parking available at the front and also the parking is kot broken anymore.
