Greco Pizza

Been Here 2X In the past month for their $40 Party pizza deal & Both Times The order has Been Wrong. They refused to Do anything when i complain About it. Ordered A Grecowroks party pizza yesterday, Drove over an hour to get it and i get back home and open it up, It ends up being a Meats pizza With just Mushrooms on it. Once again they refused to Fix it when i called in, Will not be back!

We ordered quite frequently (at least 2 times a month) at Greco Hammonds Plains, and We wish we have started earlier looking at our bill. The last 5 times we ordered, every single time they have overcharged us with at least $5 and more. Very creatively and have an excuse every time. From saying "sorry he is still training", charging extra for pop, when it should be included with 2canDine and, "sorry, I fon don't know why the system put that extra charges on there"

I ordered 4 large pizzas with 15 can drinks for my colleagues. They recommended this place because someone knew the owner directly
I was greeted by the owner at the door and he told me the order will be ready in a few minutes
I was like ok fine
It literally took him another half an hour even after the fact that i ordered it 2 hrs ago they didn’t even start the order until I walked in
I asked the owner for a bag for the dips and drinks and he was like super rude to me saying that we dont have bags not even paper bags u should have brought a paper bag from home
Is this the right way of customer service after spending $100 of dollars.
The whole time he was on phone while making the order and even while handing it out
Dont u have a bit of common sense

Order took over 90 minutes to arrive and was super cold. They didn't even get the order right either. Slap in the face for how much we paid for it. There are many other options out there, go with them.

Always love Greco, party pizza and some garlic fingers. Can never go wrong. Staff are always attentive and polite and willing to help if there are any issues.

I paid 36.65 for a “large” pizza. 12 “slices”. When it came it was perhaps 13” in diameter and the slices were 1.5-2” wide at the crust end. Four people went hungry. Be honest - call it a small pizza and charge $12 for it. I feel ripped off!

This place has gotten my order wrong every time, most of the time the food is WAY undercooked. Today I placed an order because they are the only ones with garlic parm garlic fingers and again they messed up saying my order wouldn’t then be ready until 5:15… that’s an hour or more after waiting half hour the first time.Save your time and never go to this pizza place
