Bad communication over the phone. Did not get what I asked for. Employee clearly did not speak English well or understand what I ordered. They wouldn't re do my order. When I got to jessys the employee was using a dirty rag to clean and then touching the food, please don't go here unless ypu want to get sick

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I was told on the phone a completely different price so I brought cash and when I went to pay the workers told me the price was much higher. I had just worked a 12 hour shift & couldn't get my food. Bad communication/poor English

I called to make sure they had fresh slices. They said they had fresh slices out of the oven 20 minutes ago. Once I got there, I realized they were at least 4 hours old. I would have ordered fresh pizza, but I was on work break so I had to due with the old slice. Not a fan of the lying, or the service, or the product. 2/5 stars is being nice.

The food was decent, however the customer service is horrible! I asked about what the specials are and no one can give me an answer, I ask for pricing they don’t know. They talk to you like they hate their life, and it’s just not worth going there. It’s my third time experiencing this horrible customer service at this place!
The pizza is delicious, the staff is easy to deal, and they deliver! I highly recommend Jessy’s Pizza!

Ordered 4 domains and when they arrived they were cold cold cold. The meat was hard and not edible and I was sure it had come directly from a fridge. The owner said they would pick them up and issue new ones but it would be over another hour to wait. I am so not a fussy eater but even I found them awful. We will not be ordering from them again as the owner couldn't have cared less.
